Summary: On Earth, a mammoth new Decepticon named Trypticon destroys the Ark and heads toward Autobot City. On Cybertron, a Decepticon armada attacks while the Autobots’ planetary defenses are down. SkyLynx and the Predacons each head to Io to secure the wayward Transformation Cog—but the Quintessons have an ace up their sleeve, planning a betrayal of Galvatron and the immediate destruction of all Transformer life on Cybertron.
