What??!! What's wrong with you people?? Admittedly, you're not the only one Superior Prime09, but there are far too many people expressing interest in seeing a stronger focus on the human relationships, and pushing the Transformers out of the lime-light.

What? More than they already are? Can anyone honestly say to me that they think that a Transformer is the main character of Michal Bay's movies? It really p*sses me off that twice now I've gone to see a movie called Transformers, and it's a bloody human child that gets the most screen time, and who the plot seems to revolve around.

I love Dinobots, I decided to become a paleontologist 25 years ago, when I was 4 and I've received Snarl and Sludge for Christmas. So I definitely want to see at least one dinobot in the TF-movieverse.

I think Bay could easily introduce Grimlock, without confusing the plot, just thanks to Grimlock's temper.
I imagine Grimlock descending to Earth just near the Field Museum of Chicago which exhibits the largest mounted Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton.
OP asks Grimlock for scanning a terrestrial vehicle, but Grimlock is always in competition with OP and doesn't take care of orders and disguise.. He only wants a strong alternate-mode which will permit him to rip off decepticon heads, and chooses T. rex .

In my opinion the character design would fit better the tf-movieverse if based on the skeleton, instead of fleshed-out animal.

Two or three large autobots are needed, but not necessarily the dinobots. Take in your mind that without mass shift Snarl would be as large as a car (a 2 tons stegosaur) while Swoop (based on Pteranodon) would weighs as a child. Anyway, it would be nice to see the whole Dinobots team: Sludge (as large as Blackout/Grindor), Grimlock and Slag (both intermediate in height between OP and Ironhide), Snarl (Bumblebee sized), and Swoop (an agile and delicate spy..).
Also, Dinobots do not require a lot of screen time to be characterized psychologically, and they could result more faithful to their G1 counterpart than other characters introduced by Bay who would have needed more and more explanations.

Other large autobots could be Ultra Magnus (G1-like , a car-carrier truck with short-cab, rendering it shorter than Prime in the smaller robot mode but taller when combined with the trailer), and HotSpot or Inferno (I want to see a fire truck!).

and, on the autobot side, I'd like to see Hound (Jeep) and Wheeljack too(maybe an Italian car, such as the Lancia Delta - it could be possible after the Fiat-Chrysler joint venture).

Yea i agree I think appearences of Big Bots wound be good to see. We had Devastator in this movie. and he turned out ok, imo I think Omega Supreme would work out nicely in the 3rd a cosmic explorer or something.

I think the Dinobots could fit into the story if they are written correctly and not made out to be comedic morons. I think they should be badass like there were in G1 i hope they don't destroy them.

Unicron is another character that scares me for the 3rd film. I just don't see the point in the movie-verse.

sadly you're probably right about that... i say just cover her face... maybe turn her into a headmaster or something so we dont have to see it. then her new headmaster self can be called: "butterface".

Its simple really, seeing how they are portrayed as dumb, have their protoforms land in an amusement park, they wouldnt know dinosaurs had been gone for millions of years, it was just the first thing they scanned.

Look, i liked the dinobots for what they were back in the 80's, but plots like these aren't going to help with the complaints many already have with the movie verse. I could see grimlock being a monster truck, but other than that havin ghr "Dinobots" as Dinosaurs,...... ya... Worked vagely in an 80's cartoon, but not so much for the big screen.

I love the G1 Dinobots, and even the Animated versions were cool.


But in the Movie universe Michael Bay + Dinobots = FAIL

How would you explain them being dumb? I just think it would be wrong to include them, because if they aren't done well then all of us on here will be complaining about it lol.

And if Bay is at the helm then we will have plenty to moan about anyway going off his batting average

Eh, in response to this, I wanna see other things instead of Dinobots. Besides, if Bay can introduce Ravage, Scorponok and that fly so why not Dinobots?

Also, I have an idea: What about Dinosaurs... which transform into vehicles? I mean, is there a real difference between panicking about a giant robot and panicking about a dinosaur?
