As to the matrix thing around Optimus Prime's neck I'd say thats not a medal but, a temp container for the All spark fragments the that Prowl and Jazz managed to collect.

I know Arcee and Ratchet sitting on Omega's head is a reference to something I just don't know what.

Omega crash scene reminded me of how the shuttle crashed on the planet of junk.

I think in this case, Starscream and the fragment bots are different situations. Starscream was only kept alive by an all-spark fragment, he didn't have a spark anymore, but it could be theorised, that the transformers brought to life by the all spark used fragments that then became sparks, like any other transformer would have, thus Prowl and Jazz could not "recover" the fragment because it was no longer a true piece of the All-Spark.

I was really let down with Endgame both parts were so dull it is like they were asleep or just plan lazy in making this episode.

This really didnt do anything for closure and left more answers than questions.

Also the full aspects or the whole truth about Sari still wasnt all the way revealed but we did get a big hint on it that could fill in the gap.

Let me try this theory on you guys: For Starters she a weapon of lasts resorts sort of like Omega is she was placed on Omega for safe keeping. But during the Autobots encounter with the Ark the Autobots crashed landed into the 5 Great Lakes. Just before the Autobots were forced to crash land some of the ships systems went off line and the protoform chamber that is Sari now ejected from Omega and crashed landed.

But that dosent make since cause Sumdac didnt even have his lab constructed yet and was living in a Farming house of sorts so I guess that nixes my theory.

But it could have something to do with Lockdown maybe he stoled the protoform for Megatron but somehow it got from Lockdowns ship and crashed landed in Sumdacs lab

If this is truly the end for animated I mean no season 4, series-spin offs or a coninuation as a trilogy they will be some pissed off people.

This was a let down episode compared to season 2's "A Bridge Too Close" it was no were near as epic.

This was a huge disappointment and I almost stoped watching it cause it was so boring.

I don't know if i could agree with you about the episode being boring, but i do feel like the episode was changed. The ending seemed really quick. I think it would have been better if they could have done this as a three part episode. They would have been able to add a lot more to give us some answers or finalised minor plot points. Sari believing there was a reason for her to go to the moon really didn't make sense at all and wasn't followed up on. It is almost like they tried to wrap up the series using what little episode time was left. Which makes sense given that it looks like Season 4 was pulled halfway through production and Endgame was going to be the series finale.

The whole episode was action. So much so that they didn't have the time to fill in plot holes. I don't agree with it being boring at all, but I do agree that a little more closure on the Sari issue would have been nice.

People keeps saying something will happen at Botcon, but what if nothing will happen at botcon and nothing is announced at botcon what will happen then.

Also if I rememebered didnt Botcon air on G4 last year or was that comic-con.

Hopefully, we'll have something more concrete and less wild speculation following Botcon. Just have to be patient. I'm hoping for something to follow the continuity of Animated, but honestly, I'll take what I can get of my favorite franchise.

Well, we do know that what's coming after ROTF will have something to do with the Discovery Channel. Which is not likely to be tied with Animated as CN holds that series and it's story and stuff.

Whatever's after ROTF will likely be something new like another revamp, as RiD, Armada, (Cybertron), the first Bay movie, and Animated were.

They might do a series sequal to Animated ala Energon and have a completely new animation direction and story. I hope that is the case. Guess we'll know by Botcon hopefully.

It's similar to the matrix in some ways. Its powerful and symbolizes leadership. Sentinel wanted it when he made himself Magnus, so if there's anything in Animated that's an Autobot doohickey of leadership, it's the hammer.

I think that Ultra Magnus has been the military leader of the Autobots for so long people just saw the hammer as symbol of the office of Magnus and ultra Magnus got tired of correcting mechs all the time and just let them call stormbringer(his hammer) the Magnus hammer. mind you those are just my thoughts on the matter.

I wasnt talking about the revenge movie coming out at the end of June when I asked about what is next for the transformers franchise.

What I mean is what is next for the animated franchise what will be the next in the toon series not the next movie such as revenge everyone knows about revenge.

What I wanna know is what is the next series after animated will it conintue on as season 4 or will we get something new nothing to do with animated if so what will it be about and what transformers will be in this new series.

Not true. Prowls line before his death indicated that there were still more AllSpark fragments but he just didn't have the energy to gather the rest of them. So there could thearetically still be AllSpark powered Autobots and Decepticons running around on Earth. Starscreams the only one we know for sure is dead, the rest could be dead but sence they didn't die on camera and given Prowls comment they could still be alive.

Also, Optimus had the Matrix, and it was chained around his neck like Galvatron.

Nope he had something that LOOKED like the G1 Matrix and was put there as a fan nod just like everything else in the series but there's no idication that it was actully the Matrix sence this series seems to have replaced it with the Magnus Hammer.

It's basically like the Matrix in Beast Wars, it looks like the Matrix but is actully NOT the Matrix.

So assuming everyone with an all-spark fragment is dead, Black Arachnia and Waspnator are the only unresolved endings. and Sari's origin.

Sari's Origin was exsplained allthough they didn't make a huge deal about it. All they did was have Bulkhead say "Sari I think you should see something." and then as they were looking at the Protoforms Sari saying "So this is where I came from, I knew there was a reason I was supose to come here." End of Sari's Origin. Her entire origin story for the episode consisted all of 2 lines.

It seems Rodimus2006 missed it as well with his COMPLETLY off track theorie of where Sari came from.

Rewatch the episode, it's verry short but it's there. I really wish they did more to exspalin Sari but sence they didn't I'm going to.

Lockdown stole all the Protoforms that Prowl was supose to be guarding, all but 1. That's the Protoform Prowl used to try and save master Yokatron. The Protoforms were all abord Megatron's flag ship which Starscream some how managed to crash on the moon off camera despite the fact he was screaming like a little girl as he was flying into the sun on camera. In the crash a few of the Protoforms must have broke loose from the ship and crashed on Earth. One of thoughs protoforms was Sari. I'm only guessing there were others because I highly doubt that Sari would be the ONLY Protoform that Starscream lost.

Here's an interesting twist on things, you know how they had to use Protoforms in Starscream's new body and the Lugnut Supremes? What if the AllSpark powered characters on Earth allso formed from Protoforms. I mean, lets take Wreck-Gar or Dirtboss for example. AllSpark fragment bonding random crap togeather to form robots. Well I can kinda see that sence Dirtboss takes the shape of the Headmaster unit in robot mode but what about Wreck-Gar. How did a pile of garbage form into a robot? I think there was a proform burried under that garbage and the AllSpark bonded with that and scaned a nearby garbage truck for his alt mode. Makes a little more sence than random garbage comming to life.

There's allso the matter of Soundwave who was seen back as a casset same as the end of Sound and Fury only this time being carreyed off by, was it Laserbeak or Ratbat? One of the two so he could come back. Even if all the AllSpark characters died which I don't think they did that wouldn't effect Soundwave sence he was powered by an AllSpark fragment. Neither were the Dinobots who allso are still on Earth.

Allso if you think about it, Omega Supreme was brought back online by AllSpark fragments so that allso goes to prove that not all the AllSpark powered characters are dead because if Omega Supreme didn't still have at least a few AllSpark fragments in him I think he'd go back into his modified Stasis mode. (Megatron removed a few of them but don't think he got them all.)

I didnt watch the episode yet but I gather they didnt explain how the protform ended up in Sudmec's labe???

I really don't think that was a relevent ending to Sari's origin, its never explained how it got into sumdac's lab, nor does it explain why Sari felt she had to be there. Prowl already theorized that she was a protoform, each was excepted by them as the answer. Her seeing a protoform isn't really a logical conclusion to her arch. I still maintain, that section of the story was meant for season 4 but got scrapped to make room for the series wrap up at the end. Love your theory about the protoforms falling to earth and being the basis for the earth machine transformers though.

I see what your saying about the Hammer, it does seem to be a symbol of leadership ala the Matrix, as Sentinal wanted it so badly. But I don't know if you can compare it to the matrix, its kind of apples and oranges. Truthfuly, i always thought of the All-spark as the matrix of Animated, even before the refrence in endgame, which i thought was pretty cool.

Luckily for Skywarp, Thundercracker, Ramjet, and Sunstorm, none of them should have been on the planet, so they should all still be out there. And you never know, the ones who were on earth may have been some of the pieces that Prowl and Jazz were unable to retrieve.

Actually, now that you mention it, Prowl DID say he was unable to retrieve the entire AllSpark.
