Might even consider TigerTrack if I can find an actual Sunstreaker for a decent price. So I get red, white and yellow in both molds.
The question is, are Cordon and Spin-Out worth the $55 bucks (USD). TFsource is asking for them?
It would be interesting to end up with 6 or even 8 Lambos. Sort of an autobot seeker team if you will.
The Cordon/Spinout set normally cost exactly like 2 deluxes at full price. I have the set and was lucky enough to randomly find Sunstreaker in store. All are worth it and all are worth their full prices.
Sideswipe Deep Cover is also magnificent, way better than the Netflix version. But both are very worth owing because you can have the Sideswipe who go on a mission, and the one that came back. The arm hinges color "missmatch" don't bother me at all and I think it makes the vehicles look better and way boring than being too unified. Among the Deep Covers, I obviously have the regular Siege Sideswipe.
Both trios are very worth owning and worth their full prices IMO. I don't feel the need to own the Earth modes nor the others.
Overcracker wrote:Its just that $55 plus shipping is a bit steep. I curious if they worth that. Since that would be around $27 each + shipping. not sure they are worth that much really.
Munkky wrote:My set seems to have a QC issue though, Optimus' gun doesn't fold up all the way, there's a little nub of stray plastic that stops the barrel from folding down completely, and its in an awkward place that I'm not sure if my nail file can reach without damaging the rest of the gun.

Do you have cuticle scissors handy? There are pairs that bend at the tip, perfect for getting around corners.

That's because TT Soundblaster is only being counted as Selects by Hasbro. Takara themselves are selling Soundblaster as part of their normal Siege line, in packaging nigh-identical to Hasbro's Soundblaster.o.supreme wrote:PvP has a review of TT Generations Selects Soundwave. Was it ever said to be a TT Selects toy in Japan? If not, then that explains the packaging.
o.supreme wrote:Glad I didn't get this. So basically what you are paying extra for is essentially the same toy sold at Walmart, but with a pirate faction symbol.
-Kanrabat- wrote:And a completely different deco, and the double cassette tape deck.
The TakaraTomy release of the toy that came nearly two years later features a more show-accurate tape window, with a cleaner chest and Mercenary badge. This marks the first toy with a major difference between the same Hasbro and TakaraTomy product since the brand unification, and is exclusive to TakaraTomy Mall in Japan. This version was also released under the Generations Selects banner by Hasbro Pulse.

I mean, sure, if you got the Walmart figure. But not everyone did. When this was revealed, it was actually priced less than the 35th Anniversary version was on eBay.

GF??...Galaxy Force... Is that because the toy is insanely expensive, or you changed your mind, and decided it wasn't that good of a toy?
