Pointblank: this is a surprisingly unique and good figure. For one thing, he is surprisingly big, i think to keep him consistent with Crosshairs since he used a big deluxe too. The arms are forgiveable in person, especially with as nice as he feels. He is solid and a lot of fun. I love the head sculpt. The transformation is logical but has some nice steps to make the car work. And the car mode is really fun. It is really slick and good. And the targetmaster also fits in nicely, looking decent as a gun and working nice in car mode. It is a nice package, I like him a lot. I'd rank him my 2nd favorite of the wave.
With those arms? Really???

Do you think so? Maybe as toys they can be considered equal, but this Skullgrin is much more himself than the original. I appreciated the effort back in the day, but it really is just Straxus with a new head. This is a true mixture of Skullgrin's Pretender shell and his inner robot mode. As someone who had the original I really appreciate this new take. It's a shame the Autobot Pretenders are so vanilla. Maybe we'd see more of them if they had more interesting shells.
As a toy ... I don't get the rubber plastic and it weakens it overall.

I wasn't referring to quantity, more like the figures themselves. Where I live the situation is mostly the same, only Arcee and Elita on the shelves, along with Bulkheads and Bee Soundwaves.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:Oh wow. Shelf/peg-warmers used to be all yellow. Now they're pink.
I don't call ONE of each remaining on the pegs "peg-warmers".
Those pegs looks pretty bare and cold.

If the same damn figure(s) stay(s) on the shelves/pegs for weeks or months, I'm calling it a warmer, whether there's 1 or 10.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I wasn't referring to quantity, more like the figures themselves. It still doesn't count which characters it is. If the shelves barely have anything, we just can't call them "pegwarmers."

You could flip that venom online and make a nice sum
Rodimus Prime wrote:So that means Canada should be getting them shortly, correct?
Nice. Hopefully he becomes more widely available after all. I also saw him twice in store, the 1st time I grabbed him for myself and the 2nd time for a fellow collector in my area. He really is a fun mold. I hope Hasbro finds another use for him somehow. SG Cosmos would have been a no-brainer IMO.SGMLordMirage wrote:A surprisingly find today at my local Walmart. Wasn’t sure if I’d see Cosmos again, especially in a store but apparently they had a restock. Ive seen restock on the Voyagers from this line but nothing with any of the deluxes. This is my 2nd time finding him in the store. The first one was for a friend but now i have a copy for myself.

I would say the no-brainer use is going to be Pathfinder, along with a green Warpath for Treads. I'm actually suprised Treads hasn't happened yet.
