What's the difference between trademarks (TM), or copyrighted (®)? Just curious...

(R) is a Registered Trademark.
The difference between a Registered Trademark and a Trademark? In theory, nothing. In reality, it's much harder to win a trademark infringement case if it's not registered.

The big difference is that they own a TM, which is copyrighted. So if you use a Hasbro Trademark, they can sue your ass up and down and which ever way they choose to.npk wrote:(R) is a Registered Trademark.tigertracks 24 wrote:Looking at the back all the names are 'TM' or ®.

With a ®, they own the use of the trademark. But the trademark itself is owned by the goverment. They could still sue you, but have to do so with the goverment's permission.
The display of tm and ® (and ©) is you that in terms of legal incidents, you know to whom you must appeal.

And the Armada Unicron should work fine with these guys...

Be prepared.

Hopefully, they will the main movie cast then switch over to G1 again.
Kind of how they did the Clone Wars movies, then started more of the original Trilogy Star Wars figures.

Yep they are doiing a large sentinel and galactus for the Super hero squad line. To make unicron in the small size and not the large is nothing short of Boneheaded!

Yeah. I totally agree. I am sitting here staring at my G1 Robot Heroes and I really enjoy them. Those movies ones are just gross. I think it illustrates perfectly how flawed those movie designs are. Anyway, I just hope they keep making the G1 ones and revitalize the Alternators line due to this.

I think it illustrates the difference in design complexity. The blocky style of G1 works perfectly for the Robot Heroes line, the spiky-tons of little parts moving- designs for the movie don't.
I even like the green Ratchet now, but that Robot Heroes one is one ugly looking figure.

Wow, how cool would Battle Beasts look if they reproduced them now? Too bad there's not enough interest to get a new line...
