Actoys forum member irvine2029 has uploaded some new images of previously unseen Transformers Movie Scout Class Breacher. This figure is one of the new molds created for the Hunt For The Decepticons line and so far little is known about it other than that he is Seaspray's partner.

Looks good, I'l buy him. I really like that his hands aren't shrouded with alt mode body panels like the Dead End mold and Brakedown.

I wonder if he clips into Seaspray's alt mode, or if he just happens to fit the available space. Doesn't matter, I suppose.

Well, we do know that he's supposedly some sort of partner to Sea Spray.

Hrm - he seems to have rather squarish arm kibble. Oh well, he still looks really good.

Oh, I have, but this looks like a much better fit for the name.

Wow, this is an awesome-looking scout! Somehow quite a bit less movie-looking. Will definitely be picking this guy up.

I love how the movie scouts have been such excellent little toys.
Small, cheap and fun.
Perfect for those of us who don't have much money to spend!

For an scout look pretty neat, almost like a deluxe figure, well done and no supossed limbs, but actual and "functional" ones. At first I thought I was seeing a repaint of the deluxe cybertron hot shot, I think this kinda alt. mode gives for a lot of designs. I'd get this one if I'd have the chance to.

I definitely like this non-movie looking movie toy! Gonna be a buy.

Bonecrusher hates--- eh....

I like the alt mode, but I dislike the robot mode (keeping in mind my ideal robot mode is, well, standing right behind him). He's supposed to connect to Sea Spray, right? I wonder how well the connection is. Skystalker can sit on Mindwipe's shoulder all adorable minion like, as well as dock in alt modes, but Breacher doesn't seem to have pegs or anything.

ITA. The major thing that has kept me away from the movie figures are the insect-looking heads. I understand they're aliens, but that doesn't mean they have to look ugly.

Also, this is easily the best looking scout figure in the line. The rest look cheap & ugly.

Breacher's a must-buy. Very awesome.

Can anyone think of a G1 character that looks like this guy? I'd love to repaint or mod him into someone for my classics/universe collection but I can't think of anyone. His alt mode reminds me of Doubledealer but this figure is a bit small for him. Any other ideas?

Well, he definitely looks like the partner of Seaspray. Awesome!

Ok, since I'm putting Seaspray in my Classics, this guy is going there too. I'm gonna have to give him a new name, though... Maybe Beachcomber, or Brawn. I dunno, something that looks like him and has a G1 name.... Anyone got any ideas?

I'll actually be keeping his name as Breacher. He doesn't really look like anyone else and well, he's NEW!

He reminds me of a Decepticon Micromaster. His name was Growl or Bombshock or something like that. The was an armored-car-ish thing. I do think Breacher is a cool name though as well.
I know it's probably just the perspective of the camera in the photo, but he looks enormous compared to Bonecrusher there. Like nearly the same size. Again, I'm sure it's just the camera angle, but he looks way big.

I did a quick tfu.info search, cause I knew he looked similar to a Micro. But then I saw another Micro that looked more like him, and well, he's almost a shoe in for Dropshot....

....except he's an Autobot!!! GAHH!!!! This doesn't make sense! Dropshot was in Universe 2.0 as a missile truck, which actually would have fit another Micro better. Yet now they made a mold in a pretty decent size that would be the perfect stand in(even if they didn’t add green and red to his head), and they make him an Autobot!!

Oh, they could repaint him as a Decepticon, but he wouldn’t be blue, and thus the homage would be lowered a peg.

Really Hasbro, really?

Oh sweet, and too bad the Hasbro keeps on shuffling con and bot names around. But man is that on point...Hmmmm.

Normally not big on the scouts, but Skystalker, Ransack, Scattorshot, and Brakedown did impress me alot. I really like this guy, but i really need to thin the heard and make plenty of room for Generations line, G1 re-issues, and Alternity line as well. Well if Breacher goes with Sea Spray, then im bought i guess.

Dropshot, eh... well, that's kind of odd. I guess he defected to the Autobots since G1. Yeah. That's how I'll justify it. Wow, I think he'll be the first scout-sized Autobot in my classics display, aside from the Superion limbs.

I don't think it's going to be much of an actual connection, I think he was just designed to be carried in the back of Seaspray's alt mode.

Edit: Looks like in Japan he was an Autobot:

Ok, I think I may have jumped the gun slightly.

Ya see, when typing my post, I forgot that during the early 90's Takara released nearly every Micromaster as an Autobot. This included the Decepticon Military Patrol, so Dropshot was an Autobot over there(during the "Return of Convoy" line).

So in effect, Breacher can still be used as Dropshot in a Classics collection, so long as you follow the Japanese/Takara continuity.

However, I am partial to the Hasbro Micrmaster mythology(despite never owning the figure), so I'm still annoyed Breacher isn't a 'Con.

Am I being complicated and convoluted? Probably.

Oh the possibilities...
This looks like a very nice and solid figure...and his vehicle mode looks like a drone of some sort, like MindWipe's partner.

well if it bugs ya that much, you can always get a decepticon symbol sticker, and put it over the autobot logo on the toy. BOOM! instant decepticon
