I don't think it's even Beta yet. They probably won't get the details in until just before launch.

Right now their main concern is tightening up the gameplay, graphics come later. Though, keep in mind, graphics only matter in trailers. What really matters in a game is gameplay and a good story to go with.

They've got to add stuff to the story even if it's based on a movie. (A two hour game is not fun at all) And they probably have to do a little more on gameplay. (They can't all be Prince of Persia) Graphics come later.

EDIT: And don't forget, it's in Traveller' Tales' blood to add in tons of extra features, and I do mean tons.

Why is it that 90% of why people rate/comlain about games is about the graphics?!? Yes the graphics are nice to look at, but would you rather have a game with great gameplay or great graphocs??

I wonder if everything will blend better in actual gameplay?

Looks good though.

That's because it is. These are all test screens before the actual game is finished.

TF look great.

Buildings look good.

Cars and people need work, badly.

The environs look a little bland too.

Anyway, I'm stoked for this game and when they drop the prices on the PS3, I'll be picking it up fo' sho'

edit: Blur studios is doing the cutscenes! Thats GREAT! Go look for their Rockfish short, it's awsome.

This gives me the impression that you didn't actually read any of my posts, where I said that graphics aren't important right now.

It's coming out for everything. Drop $400 on a 360, and get it for that. $250 for a Wii, if you want that version.

I like the mixed reactions in this thread. Some like what they see, others are waiting to be impressed. I for one am impressed. I think the graphics look good even in what ever stage it is in, and I think the game play will be interesting to boot.

I don't like that the IGN article states that you have to be a certain character during certain points in the game. That blows. Unless you can go back through after the 'story' and play as anyone.

Also suprised at no mention of multiplayer on the big consoles (PS3 and 360).

Right now the DS version is interesting me the most with its custom TF feature.

I rekon they'll do like they did with Lego SW. Have a story mode whre you can only be specific characters. Once that level is completed, you can go back through with any unlocked guys from any side. Course, in LSW you had to go back through with unlock guys to unlock even more guys.

I can't wait to be able to put BB's head through that drugstore.

The Transfromers look AWSOME, but the rest of the game is just so so. I know it's an early build, so I'm not being to judgmental about it right now.

The problem wtih video games based on movies is they are usually under huge pressure to get them done. So sometimes things suffer cause they have to get em out at teh same time as the movie, done or not.

I want the PS3 for the Blue-Ray. If it came out for PC, I'd get it for that instead.
