yea, distance is so much easier to overcome over the internet. I'm in the US but had no way of affording that big a trip on short notice. I think as soon as I do scrape together that kind of cash, it will be going to the funeral fund as opposed to just me being there in person. Better use of funds if you ask me.

I'm in the same boat as far as funds and schedule goes. I'll be helping with the funeral fund. BIll and his family have been in my thoughts for a week solid now. Dev, I'm glad you were able to make it to the service. I still can't believe this has happened

My wife recently had hip surgery and is basically regulated to a walker. She can only use her right leg at the moment. So I didn't want to stay late since I live 2 hours away from Bill & Lauren. Also I was havin a hard time there. *shrugs*
