Normally with new toys like these, people are rushing to be the first person to post a review.

I have a beard.
Not making it easy are we D?
No, you're making this very hard! Even Va'als nice little caption naming everyone didn't work that well since Rotorstorm is the only one I really got

Yay for sticking out like a sore thumb! hee hee I should have cut my hair and made a fake beard
I thought floor polish would be better for that, almost creating a wax like layer on a car. Couldn't it be polished as well in the long run with a microfiber cloth?megatronus wrote:Random but related question:
What brand or what type of clear nail polish do people use to protect chromed parts? I haven't opened TM3 Megatron yet, but touching up, polishing, and sealing the chrome is the first thing I want to do when I remove him from his bag.
At least you were there, and with the cool kids!! Would a hobby clear work better? Tamiya is a brand often tossed about. I feel like clear nail polish would be too thick. Just me though, I have no experience protecting the chrome.megatronus wrote:For me sealing his the most important part - I don't want any chips or flakes on such an expensive/sought after/objectively awesome piece.itscramtastic wrote:I thought floor polish would be better for that, almost creating a wax like layer on a car. Normally I just polish with a standard eyeglasses microfiber cloth. Don't need a special material for that.

That's nothing. Megatron was $89 and he's topping off $600 on the secondary market right now.

Well snap, I stand corrected! I guess I was looking at the "not originally bundled" figures.G.B. Blackrock wrote:For more such information, see BotCon exclusives history. Historical precedent is that Fun Pub keeps prices on the club store exactly the same as at BotCon, unless they've decided to bundle previously unconnected toys together.itscramtastic wrote:They still haven't updated the TFCC online store either..I'm sure they'll be at least $80 based on the previous BotCon figure prices.Mindmaster wrote:Like $60.
