No, I have another Walmart about 10 minutes out, but it's worse. It only has wave 1 Cyberverse warriors still, and that's it.

I really like Mold variant redecos. I've just finished my fifth set (TM Rhinox - three colour variants) and I was looking at others.

Now, I really like this mold:

and I own this guy. These caught my eye recently, But do I like the mold enough to hunt for them...

No, I don't think so.

(1) There doesn't seem to be a general TF toy thread? A lot of specific ones but none for everything else.

(2) I think the latter part of the thread title applies here. As to hunt down an Ultra Class figure from 18 years ago, alongside two Botcon exclusive retools, is going to be an expensive enough pursuit to cry about...

So basically, the 'cry' bit. As the Gigatron mold variants are well beyond my grasp.

That's cheap for Botcon 16 Megatron. That toy grew to 300$ the week after it was released and I think even got to 400$ for a while. The initial toy was about $100 at the show and was dependent on you paying for the premium badge (plus getting there), so I am surprised it returned to such a low price, all considering.

Yes, you are. This thread is for sharing pictures or stories of your current, local, brick and mortar retail store's Transformer section. Share how well stocked with up to date lines it is (brag), or how empty or full of shelf warmers it is (cry).

It is not for talking about figures from lines many, many years past. Trust me, I'm the one who started this thread.

So, on to topic.

While I haven't taken any recent photos, all of my local stores are either barren (except for little kid cyberverse stuff), or absolutely stuffed with re-accruing mistakes. By that I mean that the Walmart's all got a resupply of Siege wave 1 in, a big one, and have restocked their shelves with these figures that everyone already bought, and now nobody wants. A few had a sprinkling of wave 2 items, but now that the resupply is clogging shelves, I very much doubt Ill be seeing much of the later waves. This is something that has happened with every line for the since thrilling 30.

I know right? I went to my local Walmart yesterday where it was filled (to my joy) with Wave 1 of Siege. Wave 2 was still there, and Siege Leaders came back after months of their disappearance.

Unrelated note, in my excitement of seeing Siege Voyager Prime there, I forgot to see if Galaxy Prime was there. There were definitely Siege Leaders on the bottom, but I didn't check to see what they were.

Man, my local walmart has a shrinking TF shelf, Batman having moved into its territory.

We just have G1 Prime, Siege voyagers, and the SS and Siege deluxes, and those stupid Dropkicks will not move at all. It really sucks that they have such a tiny selection

The local Walmart seems to have restocked WFC:S wave 1 voyagers, and I'm fairly certain the first voyagers I saw there were the wave 2. They went back in time, just like you mentioned 'densh.

So, on topic, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. :lol:

My Target had a bunch of Cyberverse figs 2 weeks ago...and very little Siege. Last night flipped. Like 3 Cyberverse figures and pefs if Siege.

My Toysrus looked pretty packed and varied today.

There was a bunch of studio series stuff off to the left as well, but this was by far the nicer shot.

I am so envious. All of these american stores getting re-releases of 1984 toys.
It would be so amazing to live nearby those Walmarts that are stocked with good variety.

Most of my stores are undersupplied or stuffed with wave 1 toys that no-one likes.

My local Walmarts have been surprisingly well stocked with all size classes for SS and Siege. There was even a loan Jetfire restocked at one of the stores, surprising since the figure is on clearance and I've never seen Jetfire at this store. Was going to take a picture, but some guy came into the aisle with his son just as I was opening my camera app. One of the stores even restocked the Vintage tapes, but no sign of Soundwave. I'll try to get a pic of the aisles later this week.

In other news, my local Walmart took yet another step back with the Studio Series. Yeah, it had Long Haul and KSI Boss, with plenty of newly found Rampages... :shock:

Less than a month until Black Friday, time for Walmart to show no restraint and overstock the shelves. While it's nice seeing new things on the shelves now it's going to be really hard finding the next wave with this much overstock not likely to sell out by then. And there's likely more to come since that's all Siege and there's probably more Studio Series stuff coming.
