I opened my crankcase, then boomed his nails got clipped

Went to a Khols in my are. All of the Crankcases they had were the 10601 code. I think the only Crankcases NY is getting are these. Anybody go to a Wal-Mart in NY and find a different code?

I was at my local Walmart today and didn't pull the trigger on getting this figure. Until I do some more research on which ones had the intact digits. Anyone know a way to spot which ones have intact digits through the packaging alone without the shipping boxes or product codes??

I've been thinking why should hasbro clip off crankcase's nails? Having it to be clipped off for safty reasons? That is ridiculous? I know maybe they don't want kids to stick up the middle finger?

Awwww, I'm pissed!

I found a 10561 tonight (the first one I've seen).

This is a pretty good number (18-2 Intact), but I opened him and his fingers are cut off!

I´ve checked about 3 stores and so far I've only found 10601 and my local Wal-Mart hasn´t got them yet :S

Bought my manicured one at a target in NC - interestingly, his finger was cut much higher up, just above the other two, and didn't look too bad.

I still returned him, though, because the stoopid back part that folds up to his back kept falling down, nowhere to snap it in. So much for my one movieverse purchase this year.

My friend a while back decided to buy a Crankcase and sure enough, his fingers were clipped. Just last night, he called me and asked me if I wanted one. I told him what numbers to avoid, and he gets me a 10561 Crankcase. I allowed him to open the figure without me to check on the fingers, and his were NOT clipped! Also, he said that his Crankcase's (clipped fingers one) back would keep falling off and his felt like cheaper plastic, whereas my un-clipped one's back stayed up and felt sturdier. Word of advise, buy a 10561 if you can, they seem to be lucky bets. However, the 10561 Crankcases seem to be more rare in many US areas than the 10601. If all you can find is a 10601, I wouldn't buy it.

Ummm.....he might have been clipped becuase.....geee I don't know........maybe because it looks like he is giving everyone the bird!

I found a intact Crankcase figure at my local Walmart at about 1am this morning.It looks like it may have been a return.I was really surprised to see the 10561 code on the back.Couldn't wait to get home to rip this bad boy out of the taped up packaging.Pretty stoked to have one of these,now rare figures.

Friend of mine bought 2 both were 10601 & both had clipped fingers. He sold me one & i just got it today, not only are the fingers clipped unevenly but the joints are really lose and the paint apps are horrible. Mentioned it to him and he said the other is the same way, does hasbro even have quality control anymore?

Haven't bought any before now due to only seeing 10601's. Was in Vegas after Botcon though and got my friend to stop at walmart on sunset and marks. Besides one endcap filled with 10601's, the main shelf and perk box in the middle of the main aisle were all 11121's.

Picked one of those; confirmed remolded finger's!

While I would've preferred a long fingered version to buy for myself eventually, I'll take this remolded version for a recolor I'll be giving to a friend. The hand looks oddly small though. Not sure if the long fingers remedy that or not.

Backpack is not loose.

Also, they had one HA Roadbuster I snapped up.

Hello, I am from México, and in my area the numbers are 10321. Mine is NOT clipped and I´ve read that the batch is untouched. The good news is... There is zillions of them all over the city

Maybe a little late to be worth it, but I got Crankcase, number 10131: intact. However, That number's going fast, if it's not gone already in The Netherlands. Now, the more common number is the dreaded 10601.
