What do you expect when you're only offering up 100K energon with a potential of a bonus 120K, all whilst your sat on 1.2M.

So lets make this more interesting.
First con/pred to make the 12 hit claim on my crew, I'll add 250K energon to AZ's payout. Do it before any bot/maximal can claim a 12 hit bounty on AZ and I'll make it 350K on top of AZ's payout.

Bots/Maximals, the first to make a 12 hit claim on AZ' crew I'll give 300k energon. Do it before any con/pred can make the full claim on my squad and I'll make it 400K energon.

No cross factional donations allowed by code.

Unless you've arranged for a Con to pay that out for you there's no way to do it.

If Burn is obliging, has a few tricks he can employ to remove the credits from me and give to a con/pred. It's not a direct transfer, but its a fair approximation.

Armor is 900k. For one bot. The bounty was for fun. Why not donate to Bots who need it, like BunBun? He has like 220k.
