Episode #78: "Gladiator"

Got a great pic of G1 Op or BW Megs? Whether it's 2-D or 3-D it's welcome as is any other form of art outside the custom figure world.

Congratulations to Gryph of the TFMaster boards for his episode submission!

I gotta say, guys, all of the submissions were excellent. The thing about this summary that really won me over was the way it introduced Springer into the continuity. It wasn't just a "hey, look Im a new transformer," type scene in the background. When I do these summaries, I imagine coming home from school, flipping on the television and watching in wonder hoping that an episode transports me into a world of adventure. This summary did that for me. I could easily imagine this new character and following him through these exploits and then him finally ending up with the regular cast. Great job, dude!

In any case, enjoy!

Episode #78 from Transformers: The Lost Episodes

Title: "Gladiator"

Springer has just been assigned to the newly constructed Autobot City on Earth. En route, his ship is attacked by unknown assailants and Springer is taken hostage. Transported to a planetoid far away, Springer becomes an unwilling combatant in what appears to be an ancient arena, forced into constant battle upon battle. Will Springer survive his brutal bouts? Even if he does, can he stand up to the might of Monstructor?

Key highlights of this episode:

-- First cartoon appearance of Springer.
-- A fantastic duel against the terrifying Monstructor.
-- First semi-appearance of the Quintessons.
