As much as I like these guys I am on the fence. If Drag Strip is a girl it will be an automatic pass. I'm not a G1 fanatic, but some things just aren't done [-(

A female Dragstrip would be an EPIC fail. Really. This isn't made to appeal to Animated fans; it's a Classics extention.

TBH I don't think we have anything to worry about. I just can't see the car mode we've seen transforming into a Fembot :PRAY:

How about this one... Drag Strip with the rest of the Stunticon homages will remain a bloke/bot but throw a Princess Leia style head on the mold, repaint her pink and white, kneel down and kiss the hand that would be Fansproject Arcee!!!

Dragstrip could come with pink lipstick, painted stubble and a massive dong for all I care, I will not be deterred from getting this set, which looks absolutely awesome. MMC and FansProject are going to see me eating cheap food and not treating my wife for the forseeable future.

Dragstrip was a female in the Animated Botcon set because Arcee had the best altmode for it. Females were just more common in Animated. No one cares that Animated Red Alert is female.

As for this set, male, female, or two dwarfs in a duck suit, I don't care as long as it turns into an arm.

wow, I'd never even heard the rumour, my comment was mostly just a joke, but honestly, TFs could use more female characters, and there was nothing that said Dragstrip must be a male in the toon or comics. Beyond crashing into some things I don't remember any of the Stunticons doing anything of note as individuals.

I think it would be cool if Dragstrip was revised as a fembot. It'd be a refreshing break from the status quo. The bot would just need to look very feminine for it too be truly interesting. I'm a G1 guy too the core but it wouldn't bother me one bit if this rumor actually turned out too be true.
If it was....that's the coolest name for a fembot that i've heard yet.
