Did anyone notice the potential G2 repaint here...?
I should hope that the all orange means it's just an early plastic prototype of the figure.
Thank god Hercules will have a chest wing! One less reason for the haters to whinge. I sure as hell won't be using it. I don't mind him having eyes, although I wouldn't be bothered if he had a visor instead. I just wish his head wasn't hollow. I know Devastator isn't the most intelligent of Transformers, but I don't want a visual representation of that fact.
Neck Breaker isn't as good looking as I hoped he'd be. Bulldozer mode is short and stocky, his robot mode has massive birthing hips and narrow shoulders, and his arm form is covered in holes and screws. Still can't wait.
D.S.L.R. is looking pretty cool too. More varied transformation than PE-11 but severly lacking in the ingenuity of accessories and weapons. Will be sticking with SFX me thinks.
Motorthing wrote:Unless HeavyLabor is Masterpeice sized where are we getting the "Devy/Herc is Huge" impression from? Chunky I'll grant you, but it doesn't look anywhere near "huge" from these pictures and comparisons with the individual Bots.
If he's anything less than Unicron sized then I'm not going to bother after HL and may just settle for the hopefully cheaper Maketoy version.....where at least it looks like I'll know what I'm getting and should scale out at about an inch or so taller than FP Bruticus.

You are right !! The other pics are from an angle HIDING it, but from head on the "head" is offset, That will be a major disappointment if thats how it turns out. And Im already peaved about ANY little thing that looks wrong since it cost so much. I just feel it needs to be near perfect.
The head is on a pivot arm so it can fold into Dr Crank, so if the person setting up the figure was not very careful it will be slightly off centre, its not a problem.

Down_Shift wrote:Fantastic! I don't see a place for the hand to go in vehicle mode, but I could be wrong. I like the chest shield, lookin' sharp. I reeeeeally want to see Mad Blender in robot mode now AND the fully combined rifle.
My only gripe about Neckbreaker's robot mode is the lack of scoop-chest but that's pretty much nothing to bitch about. ha ha ha.
IAmThePeej wrote: And I guess its OK that the head is only a facade of the front since it folds away into one of the others, but I would rather have a full head that plugs into it than a hollow head that may end up becoming too loose after a few (hundred) transformations.

Have you seen the MakeToys version? Or the G1 original for that matter? They all have the same feature, the only difference is that Hercules' equipment is bigger. Besides, Exgraver's digger arm can be folded up so the bucket merges with the shoulder making it protrude much less.
