Found this in a box full of old G1 Transformer toys ... what is it ?

Hello ! I found this old box full of G1 Transformers, with a few Voltron (GB-36 and Panosh Palace) in the box as well. But, I also found these two things which I can't figure out what they are.

The first one is made in Japan, but I don't know if it's Takara or not :-( It's the gray, robot, walker looking thing.

The second thing ... looks so familiar to me, but I can't place it. It's a bunch of blue, red, and yellow pieces that look like they all assemble together via some pegs and holes for the pegs. That red part looks like the main "hub" for the other parts to start from. It doesn't really seem to do a whole lot. I can't place where I had this toy before, I know I've gotten it at some point.

Anyone recognize any of these ? If so, many thanks :)

Ah, I recognize the walker (and have a couple myself):
It's Sunyak, leader of the Maladroids, the main bad guys in Select's Convertors line.

http://www.toyarchive.com/Convertors/Maladroids.html

Most Maladroids were Macross molds, but he's the Nikick from Orguss, the Big West Anime between Macross and Southern Cross (which I know nothing else about, except that it never got crammed into Robotech). The gerwalk is an official mode for him, and his card art depicts the pelvis as becoming a beak(!?), but he also has a flight mode which strikes me as similar enough to Straxus's cannon mode that I'd kitbash a bigger version if I could find one cheap.

He came with a rectangular, 3-barreled gun, but the shoulder wings are missing often enough from loose samples that yours looks to be in pretty good shape.

As for those other parts...I want to say the treads look like they could be from the G-Fighter(?) for Mobile Suit Gundam from Bandai's 2001 line (it splits up into a big mess of rubbery parts to combine with the Gundam in different configurations), but it could all just as easily be from Shogun Warriors or a different-named Diaclone import for all I know.

Hey THANK YOU !!!!! Finally lol ! I was beginning to think either my mic wasn't on, or no one could identify my stuff lol.

Yes, Sunyak the Maladroid ... thank you so much. I actually have the gun too, I didn't realize it went with it :)

As far as the other stuff ... I'm going to have to look through the Shogun Warriors and Diaclone Google pages to see if I can further identify them. I think that's on the right track, but I'm not sure. I had a complete Diakron Multi-Force 14 robot in that box of transformers, so it might make sense that it's a Diaclone somehow.

Thank you so much for your help, it's much appreciated. It was driving me nuts lol :-)

Man I spent about an hour going through Google images of all things Popy and Bandai ... Shogun Warriors, Voltes V, Godaikin ... I can't find any matches on those parts (the red/blue/yellow lot in my OP). It's starting to drive me crazy now :-(

Okay, I figured out where these parts came from :)

They are from a Clover Deluxe Daitarn 3:

Thanks for everyone's help in identifying these parts, I really appreciate it :)

Never would have guessed. :) Then again, I'm barely getting into vintage Chogokin and Godaikin.
