The toys were made first and that's how the toys were. - FM had 3 phases: Spike - Cerebros - Fortress Maximus
- Scorp had 2 phases: Zarak - (No normal sized transformer) - Scorp
Considering season 3 suffered from a great inconsistencies* due to whatever, I assume this was also the same deal with season 4? But if anyone can me more, much appreciation. I would have voted for the option of Zarak creating a normal sized robot, even if was only one shot that showed that detail.
