I was just about to ask what the original asking price of this toy was. I didn't realize it was $125 from TRU. That would've been about $135 after tax. $160 isn't so bad with that perspective, especially if you get it with no sales tax or shipping fee.

You have to admit that the original TrU Price was totally INSANE for what we got. These kind of scalper-bait prices is now a thing of the past. Thankfully. And now, EVERYONE have a chance to grab one without giving a fat bonus to some dirty scalper.

That was an exceptional bug I think. Because MP Bumblebee confirm it.

December? I'm out. I've already got Super Ginrai and a few other things pre-ordered for then and that's the time of year when money is at its tightest for me.

Double post asside, it's nice to see people having a second chance at that marvelous set.

Paid mine a fortune via a trade but it was well worth it.

Is 3cm small enough for Rumble or Frenzy to carry on their shoulder?

The price of Soundwave is one of the reasons why it probably wasn't the best time for to get back into the Transformers. I have issues with the car, Roku, and computer, and I need to track down one of those new Funko Pop figures of Axl Rose. They make Slash and Duff as well but as I may have said in an earlier thread, I have limited space for toys these days due to having to move back in with the folks. Yeah, I'm currently for the most part unemployed. I repair computers for a living but these days, most people seem to just rely on smartphones, tablets, or really cheap laptops, so they just replace them instead of fix them.

I did order a really cool Optimus Prime figure off of Amazon the other day from China or Japan but despite the 98% positive reviews, I'm starting to think its counterfeit. Its really hard to tell at times, and easy at others. Like there are a few on Amazon that are obviously fakes since Optimus has blue feet instead of silver (I'm referring to the film version). But if it looks as good as it does in the pics, and isn't made totally flimsy, I'll be happy regardless and it'll be kind of nostalgic since back when I was a kid my uncle used to take me to the swap meet to get my Transformers and I know some of them were either counterfeit or something because they had actual spring loaded weapons, the ones at T'RU looked identical but did not have spring loaded weapons.

Still expensive as hell... but WAY better than the secondary market's scalpy prices.

Thats too bad. What do you dislike about the Frenzy and Lazerbeak mold? How do you find them compared to their Titans Return counterparts?

I have to admit I don't possess TR Frenzy Laserbeak and Ravage.

Masterpiece Laserbeak is not so bad.

Frenzy is too thin, almost bidimensional. From the web pics I can see Titans Return version is far away better (but bigger)

Ravage is... not Masterpiece quality... too much skeletal. The head is not articulated

Probably the Takara version of this guys looks betters...
