Seriously, a big-ass stand for a spaceship is a pretty damn nice addition. MP that include a stand (and not even a good one) like New Starscream or Dinobot are damn expensive and I'm pretty sure that stand in the box is not free.

I aint complaining and it's cool that it's a custom exclusive stand and not a generic one. I just don't feel entitled to it. I'll take all the free stuff for sure

Same here. I definitely feel entitled for the cannon, but that stand is indeed a nice FREE bonus. I'm also quite sure we will have it.

The complainers sound like they want freaking DEATHSAURUS or something as a stretch goal.

Personally I like the stand. I kinda hope the base is painted/molded in opaque plastic, and maybe they throw in two different versions of the arm piece in clear and solid plastic. Hopefully we get his shield and maybe a repainted micromaster to go with him, but I'm perfectly content with what we've seen already.

Side note: Do we know when Takara's opening orders for Japan? Cause it's almost the halfway point and we've heard nothing

Probably because they see that Galactus gets extra figures as stretch goals, and they don't realize that it's infinitely harder to design a brand new mold of a transforming figure than it is to make a new Marvel Legends figure that only has to pose

I think joking about a deluxe that would only require a new head, is a far cry from expecting a CC as a stretch goal

Actually I took another look at my orders and I have free shipping. And an open ticket asking them to combine the orders. For the sake of argument I added two to my cart together and it's the exact same price as buying them separately. So. Whether or not I get them combined, it doesn't affect my bottom line. Might actually be easier to resell the second one since I can keep it in the shipping box.

If you are American, it's definitely easier.
When I put my pair of Sabers in my cart Pulse is really a tease by shouting "YOU GOT FREE SHIPPING!" only to tell me "Oh you're Canadian. Ptah! 30US in shipping." once I checkout. So for me, it was simpler to just cancel my first order rather than risking paying 25$US of shipping X2.

Also, even if I buy a single deluxe,it's 25$US of shipping and if I buy 2 deluxes, it'S 30$US. There's a bizarre logic. Also, I find it odd that Pulse charge both Federal and Provincial taxes as if they are located in Quebec, rather than just charging the single and cheaper harmonised Canadian tax like Amazon.com/jp or any other Canadian store outside Quebec.

Stand’s nice, but I feel it shouldn’t have been a stretch goal, rather something to have been included like the V-Lock Cannon should’ve been. Hopefully the final stretch goal will be something cooler, but I fear that this won’t make it to that point. It’ll definitely get backed, just not sure about it making it to unlocking any of the bonuses.

oh if only that were an option. Gimme all of Victory yes please thank you~ and I do agree, I think at this point the stand is all but guaranteed. Honestly at the end of the day, the only negative thing I have to say about this figure and its stretch goals is that I have to wait another year to finally get it. But given that it seemed like we were originally going to get it NEVER, what's one more year? I'm just stoked to finally be getting these two.

The cannon shouldn't even be a stretch goal, it's a core component to the figure and character.

Plus, the real question in that scenario is which ranger would Warden be dressed up as? My guess would be green.

Stretch goals should be things that enhance the figure but you can live without if they don't come to fruition. The stand fits the bill perfectly. The cannon, not so much.

As if the cannon is "held hostage" and the first TRUE stretch goal is the stand.
