Vos has fallen to the cons, but not without another herculean effort from the Autobots who came
painfully close to a victory again this time, but time was against them and Necessary Evil managed to slip through their grasp whilst the Deceptions tightened theirs around Wingz. She joins Turbomagnus and Dragonslayer in the Darkmount detention cells, whilst High Command and Bun-Bun remain captives over in Iacon.
It was edge of your seat stuff all the way there, and we can be pretty confident the Senate will be using that game format again! So, whilst we all take a break to recover, why don't we all
pop into this thread here and give the boss some feedback on how you thought that went? Even
that arrogant SOB he isn't perfect, so feel free to tell us any ideas you may have for improvements!
So now, as we draw the round to a close and await the Decepticons crazy ideas for our new weapons contract, we bring you this footage taken today of the victors, the spoils and the captives in this round of the Campaign for Cybertron.

The Command room was quiet as most hadn’t returned from the sector, though it would be filling again shortly now that victory had been confirmed. The lights faded in as Sustain entered to find Psychout already there, rolling a coin along his fingers absentmindedly.
“Well that’s that.” Sustain grinned. “Didn’t have a chance to do much but we managed to get it.”
“Get what?” Psychout asked, perched on Megatron’s throne, still watching the coin roll from one end of his tiny hand to the other.
“Vos? Remember we wanted the weapons tech?” Sustain clarified. She squinted to try and work out where Psychout’s mind was. “Oh right, that. It was fun wasn’t it?” The Cassetticon laughed.
“You weren’t worried?”
“Na, not while I got this throne.” He grinned. The coin has disappeared, and he shuffled to make himself more comfortable.
“You know that isn’t going to last.” Sustain shook her head.
“What does it matter, Megatron isn’t here to sit in it. Come on Sustain, after all what does the R in RDD stand for?” Psychout laughed. “The rest will be here to try and kick me out in a minute anyway.”
“Don’t say I didn’t warn you.” she wearily rolled her optics as the clan commanders, along with a few guests, began to fill the room.
“What is this?” Lord Gothika asked as he saw Psychout. “You don’t even fit in that!” The Diminutive Cassetticon said nothing, his feet propped up on one arm of the great chair, his head on the other. Redimus followed. “Don’t make me sit on you, you little glitch.”
The room filled with Commanders and their teams, and the sound of chatter grew. Morale was high and energon was being shared but it was brought to a halt by a simple statement; “When are we going to move into the sector?” Naval Strike wondered loud enough to get attention. Hushing the room.
“What? This isn’t fun?” Psychout sat bolt upright, feigning horror.
“When Megatron gets back and sees you in that, then it will be fun.” Wrath’s heavy tones re-started the jovial atmosphere and the room again filled with noise.
“Maybe we should make him a booster seat?” Came a shout from the laughing crowd.
“HEY!” Psychout called and again, the room quieted down. “Well.. maybe.”
Laughter broke anew.
“Okay okay. What are we going to do? Let those Autobots rot in the detention cells?” Overwatch asked.
“I was just about to go down and check on our little guests.” Psychout grinned and pulled out his little coin again. “I do hope someone has fed them.”
Kaon Detention Center.
“You know this is beneath me...” Gore rumbled as Psychout nimbly passed him towards the Detention center.
“Everything is!” The Cassette smarted back.
Sustain caught up with Psychout looking over the captured Autobot commanders. “I wish Bun-Bun was here to see Wingz like this.” Psychout grinned. “What a day he’d have with that.” The detention centre cells were well lit and almost inviting, but the interrogation chamber in clear view at the end of the corridor most certainly wasn’t. Turbomagnus was snoring away in his cell, but the other two captives were most definitely awake.
“She didn’t return and hasn’t taunted him for being caught, so he’s probably figured it out.” Sustain says as they approached the first of the cells. Dragonslayer was laid back on his cot, carving at the walls with an idle finger. Psychout thought he recognised the word he was scratching but didn’t like to use language like that around polite company. He flicked the coin and caught it with a metallic ‘tink’, cathcing ‘Slayers attention.
“What now!? You gonna ‘execute’ us?” Dragonslayer questioned with disinterest. You could hear the air quotes on his statement from the usually jovial ’bot commander as he went back to carving his expletive. “This energon is doing a pretty good job of killin’ us as it is.”
“Maybe. That would definitely be fun...” Psychout nodded in contemplation..
“Who’d we get?” Wingz called from the opposite cell. “We wouldn’t be here still if the others hadn’t caught a few of your own." She had been pacing back and forth, trying to work out how her Maximal’s had got caught up in all of this lunacy, and Sustain span on her heel to face Wingz, narrowing her optics in study. “She’s the smart one of this lot. That also makes her the dangerous one...”
“It’s only obvious.” Wingz drew up to the beams that created the door and pointed a finger at the green decepticon. “You need bargaining chips.”
Psychout laughed and again stashed his coin. “Maybe we do Wingz, but… we only need two!”
Iacon: Autobot Capital.
Returning to Iacon from his post in the sector Colossus Prime got the news of Vos. He took a moment to visit those in the CR chambers before coming up to the command room and taking a seat at a console to overlook the reports. “What’s the plan? We are not about to let some of our best Autobots rot.” The room had a few commanders and troops that had survived the recent battle assembled, and Behemoth shrugged slowly. “We haven’t thought of one yet. Maybe our guests will have some insight?”
“It’s not a bad idea but they’re Decepticons. You can’t trust them.” Springer said. “They’d make a better bargaining chip.” Arcee glared at the triplechanger.
“Be that as it may, but we’re outnumbered enough as it is, we need them.”
Hot Rod grinned. "It’s simple. Once we get a sector ourselves, we use it to get them back.” He began to outline his plan but was interrupted by Colossus.
“It’s never that easy with Decepticons, especially with these Renegades.” The Prime answered flatly trying to disguise the disgust in his voice. The others looked towards the large chrome prime, waiting for the follow up statement, but he didn't get the chance.
“This isn’t looking good.” Ultra Magnus marched into the command center, activated a readout and spun the terminal around for the assembled group. “We’re going to have to call reinforcements.”
“Isn’t that what you’re for?” Hot Rod smarted. Magnus gave him what he believed was a withering glare, but if it was Hot Rod was oblivious to it.
Ultra Magnus sighed. “Maybe, but we need more.”
“We’ve got some time to figure this out, but we do need the info those two can provide.” Colossus Prime said getting up. “I know this was a hard fight, and us having to relocate again in the process didn’t help. The rest of you did well, but we need a plan and I think I might have one... Send for Kup, and ask him to meet me in detention cell four.”
Iacon Detention Cell 4
High Command stood at the bars his energon cup clattering from one side to the next over and over. “HEY! We need energon you know!” The cell guard shut the door to the detention block, but not before they saw the party of returning commanders from the last battle file past. Bun-Bun was sat down and began to bounce a ball against the floor and wall of the shared cell, catching it, and then throwing it again. An arm sprung out from High Command and caught the ball in mid air. Ignoring High Commands ball-stealing, the rabbit-former came to a realisation. “Hey, I didn’t see Wingz there. HA! HA!” He rolled over in a fit of laughter. “I bet they got her!”
Hand still raised where he caught the ball, High Command paused in thought. “Think so?” he said and tossed Bun his ball back.
“I even get caught better than she does.” Bun-Bun grinned.
“Chow time ‘Cons.” Ironhide appeared with a guard and kicked a single bowl of iridescent slop through a floor-level hatch. “Think yer’selves lucky Colossus is the Prime in charge in these parts. I’d be bustin’ your chops if it were me!” His distinctive drawl trailed off as he left the cell block.
Bun-Bun started throwing his ball again, and High Command re-commenced banging his cup “Looks like we need to get comfortable old chap” he said to his rabbit companion. “we may be here a while…” Bun dropped the ball, took the ration and glared at it. He dipped a finger in, tasted it and spat it out. “They really eat this stuff?”
And in our final piece of news, the boss has asked me to share this
exclusive image, as a hint for the next planned round in the Campaign for Cybertron.
Anyone want to speculate what it could mean?
But...I heard a rumor all of the prisoners were being set free?
