How rare is the 1989 Kabaya Victory Saber?

I came across one today at a toy show for ten dollars, nearly complete.

Everything is here except for the nosecone section for jet mode. Are the chances pretty much zero that I'd be able to find a replacement nosecone? Lolz

But seriously, this is really bugging me.

In my opinion a model kit missing parts is worthless, there's pretty much no chance of picking up the missing parts, maybe a very vague chance if you happen to have exceptional Japanese contacts. There were some really good quality KOs of the larger vintage Kabaya kits available a few years ago for a few dollars a piece, I went with those rather than vintage paying prices but the supply seems to have completely dried up with those now.

Thanks for your help! At the very least they were cool finds. I've never owned a Japanese G1 figure before, even if they are niche items.
