I've sen the hats and caps and t shirts on various websites and it all looks kinda cool..How much does the schwag cost at the con? Is it a bit cheaper?

its about the same. 80stees.com usually has a large booth, and i think their prices are pretty much the same as their online store, although there might be some specials.
