Sorry missed this yes i still play that (well the zero hour version more) but not online much and i happen to know its about the only game Redimus plays on the PC

My dad's a C&C fanatic, but he really doesn't do much online gaming. No time to set anything up, just a quick skirmish here and there.

I know we're all stoked for the release of C&C 3 though.

I have downloaded the CnC3 demo and when i try to load it the screen goes blue with little white bits on and then my pc shuts down!

My feeling is that this is a graphics card issue, but I am a real noob when it comes to maintanence.

I am also posting on the EA forums, but we are a clever lot here

my specs:

Imedia 1517
AMD Athlon 64 3400+
1024 MB DDR mem
200 GB 7200 RPM HD
ATI Radeon integrated Xpress 200 graphics card

Actually, I think my specs are very out of date now - any recommendations for upgrades? Intel Dual Core? ATI X1900?
I hate not being able to play the latest demos
