Error in the "Battle in Space: Rodimus vs Cyclonus" comic: Intentional?

As you probably know, Kup got Tracks's name wrong twice during the coming that came with the RTS Rodimus vs Cyclonus two-pack. The first time, he called him Warpath. The second, he called him Lugnut. Was this intentional to show Kup's forgetfulness that comes with old age, or was it an actual factory error?

Such text errors in comic are more common than you think. Don't look into it too much, unless you want to end up like those conspiracy theorists.
