Back off topic, that is an awesome collection of customs :)
Yes definately G2 missle pods, though the missles look shorter.

I'm going to say that its a photo shop job. They haven't released a seeker in some time so I can't see eHobby just throwing one out there and I also can't see them using the inferior G2 weaponary on top of that for a high dollar figure. If it was Hasbro running out a new figure I'd like to think that they'd release a Sunstorm before they would do a tan seeker with really nothing that would gather fan interest.
One worry I do have is that if it is real would they use the same stuff that they used with the ehobby Hound.

And yet I couldn't get more then a break even on ebay for a very nice custom seeker with them, MISB and everything. They even spin, though not as easily as they were orginally intended.

Silverbolt.. in an exact and accurate voice of Beavis of Beavis and Butthead, I say this to you..."I shall Never doubt your dedication to the hobby... uhhhh huh huh uhuuuuuuhhh"
Buthead voice, " Your the man!!"
and yes sometimes its good to be silly.. and people still quote them.. just as me and my buds still quote Spaceballs...
Fantastic work, your a great arteest...

not realy, reading the auction and looking at what else he is selling, the art is from an abandoned figure for the original line in the 80s.

That is a great set of customs...very creative!
And yup, the missile launchers are G2, which is what the unused art is for, I'm sure.

The missle launchers do look G2 in origin, but could it be possible that these launchers were considered for a G1 release and then dumped and used later used for G2?

In the first thread for this artwork I opined that this looks like (from the wings) an unreleased G2 Dirge. If you look close at the little bit of wing that shows they look like Dirge wings.
