The broken communicator is from Prime Target. It was broken off by the animated hose. Inferno still used his rifle on the show. (As did Grapple - definitely in the movie).
In your "slavish" adherence to the cartoon, those are a couple of things you'd still be in compliance with having them on Inferno in your display.
