- Motto: "Continue building from within, attack your designated target, defend everyone."
- Weapon: Double-Barreled, Armor-Piercing Particle Beam Cann...
Alternative Storyboard.
(Note I'd use 2 sets of 'politics', which I feel that I must: 1 is that the Dbots are being threatened with extinction from Hasbro & I would try to ressurect. The other is my belief that the films should let lots of writer/Director teams do whatever they feel like but all should try to delay the arrivall of Unicron-but confirm he exists).
So,
A bunch of basic laborers escape C/Tron during the Exodus. Most are comparitively menial in programming. A group of 'proper' Autobot Soldiers first existed with them (as a military evacuation escort) but these are all long since dead).
These Laborers planet-hop & eventually find a planet to call home, tho this particular one is only shown for flashbacks' sake, it's unremarkable: A poorly developed Giant Planet..the laborers effectively become Tribal Energon harvesters.
Efforts have been made for a Decep ship or mission group to tail every Autobot ship during the exodus. These workers and their Abot escort are eventually hunted down and the soldiers are killed off tho the workers eventually finish off the Deceps. A small group of Decep Elite perhaps led by someone infamous such as Lockdown could be discussed in flashback, statement being "there are far too few of them now to attack us directly, haven't seen them for aeons, tho we find signs of them.We know they're still there".
At some point, the workers begin attempts to raise Hatchlings again. This gradually becomes more successful, the result being 50/50 by the time of the Dinobot movie story.
The Tribe picks up Primes message to congregate on Earth and a large group leaves as an expeditionary party or devout pilgrimage. The rest who stay behind either don't want to go, are undivided or are too weak for some undiscussed reason (that another writer/director team can capitalize on if desired).
The ship they use is a combiiner of the 4 largest willing bots. Size is needed for the massive Energon stores required for the journey. All 4 die (of starvation) by the time they reach our solar system and the rest finish the journey in comet-thing form.
After having passed Saturn they are attacked by Decepticons they hadn't detected. (Note they pass Saturn around the time of either movie 2 or 3). Weapons are few on the Tribes' side, so individual members Transform in mid flight in order to tackle tailing Deceps (who can be hinted at being the missing Seekers assigned to Starscream). In this way, a part of the main migration/expedition survives, and a reason is placed as to why Deceps should be attacked later.
One Decep fires a blast weapon of some type into the cluster of refugees who are escaping. A fair few are hit tho none explode. The graphics imply contamination of some type.
Carrying on with plot in previous post: crash into Museum, big Dinobots, small Dinobots, only one group is looking & acting Zombielike. The two Dinobot groups immediately go to war.
When Prime & company eventually rock up & get a chance to kill & inspect, Ratchet determines that "it looks like some kind of altered Energon but doesn't behave like it can be realtered).
Them you get a big Zombie fight with Prime & his folks being tiny Sam & Mikaela caught up in a BIG robot fight.
Like I said-politics: not what I would want to write, but what I think would allow Hasbro to sell each Dinobot twice (one pure, one Zombie) and therefore let the line stay alive.
Other writers can later elect to pick up invent & place survivors for the Decepticon ranks if they decide it would work.
"Everyone has a hobby.Even people who say they don't still have one under another name.If we're sick, injured, we still go to it and get down to see how it is.If it needs something, we bring it,make sure the attention is perfect. It exercises our care and protection and gives us back philosophies. It's a living thing to us,and is the most perfect way to teach a young person how to be towards a living thing. It's something that should never be taken away."
