eBay is just as dangerous and frustrating to sell on as it is to buy from. I tried selling the PS3 the day it came out and was nothing more then a 30 day headache. Vancouver my ass. Nigeria is no where near Vancouver. Odd how someone would confuse that for a province in Canada :P

After said "canadian" had won the auction they sent me a fake paypal invoice. It had one bit of bad grammer that tipped me off, but other then that I was convinced I sold it for $1900 US. It wsa very convincing (hasbeen instead of has been BTW)

If I'm buying TFs I try buying off local shops or others on the boards. I just bought the latest Classics off of Fender Bender and I'll be buying the WST Commander and Flamethrower off of Zed.

I feel your pain man. I have made lots of bids in the past 2 months and lost them all, I bid on an auction that had Energon Shockblast and Energon Dreadwing both MISB, another auction for an NRFB Energon Shockblast and one for a Superlink Superion gift set. But I did win a Superion Maximus set that was near mint it was going for BIN at $40 but I made a Best Offer pf $32 and I just now snagged a NIB Takara Car Robots God Magnus with BIN, So I'm good for now :P

you guys are lucky, because tf's are easy to score. if not you can just go to the store and pick it up, maybe the more hardcore fans go after BT's and whatnot. Try having an addiction to Gundam MG and PG kits. Talk about a crying wallet...and most of the time ebay's about the only place to get them. HLJ's prices aren't that great, BBTS charges an insane amount for them, and gundamstore is constantly slod out of the really good kits. Of course, I did just snag an Mk.II Titans 2.0 for 30 shipped, so that was cool. But unless you get a great BIN deal like that, it's evil as hell.

I dont know that id consider myself lucky considering i'm very very picky about the g1's im letting into my collection, and those are my primary interest. I like the look of the BT's and have considered starting to pick them up(well my first one should arrive soon, ill decide from there) Im not incredibly familiar witht he gundam MG and PG kits. Is that master grade and perfect grade? I've considered picking one up just to see if i like.

and on another note...lost another shockwave auction friday night by 5bucks or so simply cause i had to go to work. Imagine my dissapointment when i got home 12 hours later.

You should pick up an MG kit and try it. I enjoy it more because you actually DO something with a kit, as opposed to just buying a toy. MG's for the most part are just as sturdy as a toy. I recommend the RX-79(G) master grade. It's cheap (about 30 shipped on ebay) and it's a great kit in addition to coming with massive firepower.

My Red Coat is a little rusty. What is the difference between a pound and a quid.

I don't know, but I know that that TM2 Megatron is a very excellent figure. Keep going after one, it doesn't disappoint!

Isn't a quid like an octopus but it has a more streamlined head?
