I don't watch CW unless The Simpsons are on. The channel has gone to hell in a handbasket carried by a gay devil. I never watched WB after they cancelled Megaman.exe and shrunk Kids WB into Saturday morning and I found the Japanese Megaman subs to be much better. I never watched UPN because of the millions of B-movies and teen dramas. Instead of two channels to skip, I only have one.

BTW, I think Comedy Central has become crap. Sarah Silverman...WTF?!

Burn wrote:The reason behind it is there may be an impending strike by the Writer's Guild which means most networks will be without writers.

So they can either go reality now and stagger their written shows out, or go reality later when the strike is on.

It's why NBC pushed the WWE to move the next Saturday Night Main Event from now until June.

Also, May sweeps is a big factor.

You want to talk about crap programming: turn on MTV anytime after 6:00 AM. Remember when they actually used to show videos and good programs like Unplugged?

You mean there's actually other channels and shows other than ESPN and Sportscenter???

:grin:

WB = ****
UPN = ****
UPN + WB = CW, Therefore CW = ****

It's simple algebra.

Remember when they used to show music videos and not all those T.V. shows. :grin:

Actually I read that WWE plans to air SNME special as episode of RAW due to it's being part of "The Road to Wrestlemania" shows that they do every year. Also the ratings for the last years SNME weren't all that great as well.

I'm old enough to remember the birth of MTV :P

I'm really sick of reality tv and game shows. Lately I've stuck with Law and Order: CI, CSI, House and various Discovery Channel programs due to the lack of anything remotely intelligent on anywhere else. That's another thing that pisses me off. House is one of the best shows on Fox and they're constantly interrupting it with American Idol and basketball.

It is, at least, good to know that someone else feels my pain.

Predaprince wrote:Anyway, I don't personally care since I don't get CW and don't care much for those Teen Drama shows or whatever. But, I do feel the same way as you do right now on those Tuesdays night when House isn't on because of American Idol, which is where contestants with no musical talent compete in front of a bunch of glorified sluts.

I feel it too. House is the best show on television. Remember when that one person came in with feminine problems and said she was using jelly as birth control, and it was strawberry jelly?

Good times...

They'd want to hurry up. They only have three Mondays until WM.

What you don't like reality tv...how come? It's wonderful. It's a wonderful toilet full of crap sitting there unflushed for about 13 days with out the air conditioning on, in the middle of summer with no windows open.

And they wonder why more people are d/l shows off the net and buying dvds instead?
