Local TRU has all kind of fresh stuff well also some older FE Voyagers Prime and Bulkhead for a mere $24.99 each but I'm hunting down Skyquake and Grimlock with little luck. Are they even out yet?

Only during special toy fest of TRU. But the rest are only available via specialty shops in SEA.

The subject of your question is plural, so you need 'are' rather than 'is'.

Yes. They are. I doubt you'll come across them at ordinary retail for a good while, though. Good luck with that.
