It *IS* the Fallen.

I have no proof of course but I am willing to bet 3 energon that it is the Fallen.

In the picture the fallen is arched forward running at the viewer after he busts out from behind some painting on a concrete wall.

Na it looks more like he's lieing there as if he were dead or sleeping.

I kind of looks like a sculpture made of old, black silverware. Strange.
