I forgot I picked up the Red Lion a week or so ago at Dirt Cheap (salvage store) for half off. The box was a bit mussed, but the lion was complete and in perfect shape. This is part of my nine month build a Voltron payment plan. I'm picking up a rando limb every other month as the mood strikes :lol:

It's lonely on the top shelf these days, patiently waiting for the rest of their team to show up.

Mostly for my kids, but partially for me: got a set of the Alpha-Bots, transforming letters. Also got the transforming numbers, but not sure what they're called.

Ahhhhh, those are fun. I don't know if they're licensed, or knocked off, but cool nonetheless. The numbers are, appropriately, called Number-Bots, and range from 0 to 9. Both ranges are originally by budget toy manufacturer Masdaya:

Got my order from Amiami. It cost me a whopping 60$ in shipping alone but the stuff I got was on sale so it even out.

So I got:

--Uchu Sentai Kyuranger - Kyutama Gattai 08. DX Washi Voyager

--Uchu Sentai Kyuranger - Kyutama Gattai 01, 03, 05, 07, 09 DX Kyurenoh

--Chogokin - Miracle Henkei: Hatsune Miku x Rody

And an unexpected bonus Kyuranger Pegasus orb.

First, I'll talk about the Miku figure. She's like a transforming Nedoroid! The hands can be changed, she have a neat piano and leek accessories, and even an alternate neutral face (that I left in the box) and a stand. There is LOTS of DIE CAST on this figure, which amazed me. The joints are super tights and the paint is out of this world.

She randomly transform into a Rody inflatable donkey. Those are made for a exercise regimen for children. A really bizzare Xover. Transformation, however, is Partsforming, AND shellforming. Still, it's brilliant how the donkey shell become Miku's hair. Also, the accessories all store under the stand. Smart design. I'm very pleased with her!

Next up are the Kyurangers. It's the latest Super Sentai and after seeing a few reviews, I got interested. The "voyagers" are great. They all can become arms or legs for the Megazord and they look very nice in vehicle-best modes.

Unfortunately, the lion is complete derp.

The Megazord himself is very small. About the same height as the Legacy White Tigerzord. However, he's THICC and feel MASSIVE. He's quite heavy too for his size.

Also, lights and sounds.

It's hard to see from the front but I bought the bird, 08 Washi, to be used as a pair of wings. It appear to be "unofficial" to do so but I'm not sure.

Overall, I'm pretty happy despite the shipping costing HALF of the initial total purchase. (180$CAN shipped for the lot)

Oh and I also got some Transformers from MANDRAKE.

Went on a hunt for TLK stuffs but found nothing new so treated myself to this Superman/Lois double pack cos I love the DCAU and these recent toyline (starting with the ones based on Batman the Animated Series) has been fantastic. I befriended the girl who works in Forbidden Planet a few weeks ago and that paid off cos she gave me 10% off this pack to make a bit more affordable for me.

And here are them with my Batman figure (this is the The New Batman Adventures version that also appeared in Superman the Animated Series, I also have the Batman The Animated Series version too)

Love triangle! Cos in the 3 part Superman TAS story World's Finest, Lois dates Bruce Wayne and finds out he is Batman. It's a really fun story actually and a far better Batman/Superman film than that Dawn of Justice mess.

(also I took these pics like four hours ago and I'm amazed they are all still standing here on my desk with those dainty little feet and haven't fallen over even once despite me accidentally knocking the desk a couple times).
