Ah cool, well now I feel like a fool. And all this time I thought this was a new genre. Thanks for the info Cobotunes!

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

My current musically boy crush is Kurt Vile. I've been digging his tracks lately. I;ve posted Pretty Pimpin somewhere else, so I'll skip straight to this.

Cram, you California vagina sailor, you bet your smooth rock ass I've seen Yacht Rock! Probably one of the best things to happen to the interweb since 1s and 0s.

I'd make the trip to N'Orleans if I could catch a ride with one of the members of 311. :P
Excellent Cobs, most excellent

I added the playlist link to my post, it's all episodes in order!

Cool cool, I'll check it later. Oddly enough, I'm actually working, in the office. Feels weird, better listen to another song.

Their new album is quite excellent, btw.

Cary, I listened to your tracks posted today. Nice and relaxing. When I need to calm down I'll listen to this stuff, otherwise back to 311 to keep me moving on this Friday.

Smooth and catchy though :-D

What he sees!

@ Cobs: Can't Go For That is the JAM! I'll listen to that for hours while driving. Also, I don't know about that bass player... :-? doesn't seem to have his **** together ;)

Hanging with Darryl is a lot of fun.

Let's take this in a different direction. Ray Lamontagne has a new album out (Ouroboros)and it's quite excellent. Wanna lil taste?

We've seen him twice and may make it a third for this new album.

One last one before it's go home time.

LCD Soundsystems is easily one of my favorite bands of all time and they have announced a reunion tour this year. Gonna do our damnedest to make it to one of their shows.

Going post something from their first titular album. We finally picked this one up and it's been on heavy repeat in the free candy van lately.

I present to you Losing my Edge because I know that feel bro.

Also James Murphy is the **** man.

Pretty much something on Pandora most of the info time. Washed Out radio was the last thing on and man is it good. Image

As soon as this channel hits a lull I'm going create a Kills radio and see where that rabbit hole leads.

That last playlist is a shorter version of my Botcon playlist. I heard a couple tunes while I was out to lunch I wanted to share.

I've already shared this, but it finally has a youtube video.

Heard these next two just today.

As the kids say, "this is a real banger!"

Spring is my favorite time of year. It's just too damn hot in the "bayou" during the summer.

Well yeah. You guys have air so thick you can cut it with a knife. Our humidity is usually above 90% for most of the summer, but it only goes a few days at a time at 100%

Sounds like we're in the same boat. Summer was only ever awesome when I was a kid and off from school. I don't remember being hot, but I do remember being sweaty. :-?

The weather is gorgeous right now and we are taking full advantage of it. Firing up the ole grill when I get home. =P~

Yeah we run in the run in the mid to upper 90's even peaking over 100 with equally high humidity during the day and not much cooler at night. There is something very wrong about going outside at midnight and it sill being 98 degrees.
