It's been a while since we've had any worthwhile "Transformers 4" updates, so here's the latest image from director Michael Bay's official website. The images features cast and production team members with what appears to be a Cybertronian obelisk. Check out the image mirrored below.

Additionally SuperHeroHype is reporting that today's first day of Chicago filming may involve the rumored (yet unconfirmed) Dinobots. No source for this information is given, so it should definitely be treated as a rumor. If you're in the McCormick Square area of Chicago swing by and see if you get a sneak peek!

That would fit perfectly by my new deck!

.... Though I'm fairly certain my wife would kill me if I was to buy such a thing.... Maybe I could hide it :saint:

I have a feeling the Dinobots will turn into helicopters, and be named Huffer, Fastback, Dirge, Scrapper, and Bluestreak.

Just gonna throw this out there, when it said rumored dinobots and showed the picture of the funny triangley thingy, my first thought was a massive cybertronian tooth...

Its more likely a piece of set scenery, or this movie's cyber-macguffin.

A tooth?? Come on guys...A tooth that's flat on top and squared off?? :HEADHURTS:

My first thought was Grimlock's tail, but my previous argument about a tooth also applies. :BANG_HEAD:

Ok, silly question...Why the hell is a "rumoured" Dinobot scene anyways?? No pics, no official news, no one seeing big robot dinos on some trucks around the city... So why???

All I can say, and I have said it before, if the "Dinobots" are ANYTHING other than Dinos (IF they are actually in the movie) it will be as epic a fail as the recent casting as Ben Affleck as Batman!!

It's been pretty quiet of the Transformers: Age of Extinction front lately, but director Michael Bay has released a couple of new on set images via his official website. Neither image reveals any new Transformers action, but both are nice high quality shots. The first features the film's human stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, and Jack Reynor in front of a run down old school gas station. The second gives us a look at the man himself in the midst of some intense Bayhem!

Mr. Bay looks as though he's having too much fun with that camera. He thinks it's a cannon! :michaelbay:

"behind the scenes" yeah, they're definitely 100% candid shots that are not posed or edited in any way.

That's just how Bay gets to work each day. Explosions, car chases and slightly pervy views of women line the route from hotel to the set, otherwise he simply loses interest and wanders off.
