Bumblebee Charges Ahead in Kabam's Transformers: Forged to Fight

We've received new information directly from Hasbro, about the Kabam mobile game Transformers: Forged to Fight and the latest update for it - which features an iconic character in the Transformers roster, with a spruced up / new-ish design: Bumblebee!

Somewhere between Generations, Authentics, and something else entirely, the yellow scout will be available to play in-game as of 21 December at 10 am PST -but the bot intel report is already viewable on the site, and copied below, along with some new images. Faction: Autobot

Small, eager, and brave, Bumblebee acts as messenger and spy. Due to his small size, he dares to go where others can’t. He idolizes the bigger Autobots, especially Optimus Prime and Prowl while having a special bond with all his human allies.

Critical Hits:

100% Chance to Break the opponent’s Shielding, completely Nullifying all Shields and inflicting Shock, dealing 50~90% Energy Damage over 5 seconds.

Signature Ability – Bee Brave

Bumblebee isn’t the strongest or toughest bot, but while staying close to his enemy, he channels his unparalleled courage.

Bumblebee generates 2~4.0 of Remaining Max Power every second and gains a 10% Melee Bonus while the enemy is within close range.

Special Attacks:

Special 1 – Gold Boot

Bumblebee delivers a spinning windmill kick.

100% chance to increase Critical Damage by 60% for the duration of this Special Attack.

Special 2 – Power Jam

Bumblebee overcharges his pistol to fry his enemy’s systems before knocking them off their feet.

100% chance to Power Lock the opponent for 10 seconds.

Special 3 – Ticket to Ride

Bumblebee’s wheeled combat comes together with his love of ranged attacks.

Grants 20 Critical Rate Buffs that each increase Critical Rating by 20~28%. These buffs are removed each time this bot lands a hit.

Synergy Bonuses:

Incoming – Role Models – Optimus, Prowl

Heavy Attacks gain +2~5% Attack Buff for each alive team member.

Outgoing – Role Models – Optimus, Prowl

+2~8% Armor

Incoming – Espionage Specialists – Mirage

14~70% less likely to activate opponent’s abilities when using Sp2 and Sp3.

Incoming – Allies – Arcee, Grimlock

+2~8% Armor

Strong Match-ups:

Rhinox – Bumblebee will tear through Rhinox’s shielding, leaving him prime for Bee’s critical hits.
Soundwave – Bee can Shield Break with both Ranged and Melee his, ensuring even the mighty Soundwave can’t Reflect Ranged attacks for long.

Weak Match-ups:

Bonecrusher – The master of Bleeds will punish Bumblebee with every crit.
Dinobot – Bumblebee is rewarded for dashing at opponent’s and staying near them, but dashing into and hitting Dinobot’s block would be a painful mistake.

Recommended Modules for Bumblebee:

Nightbird’s Mark – With both his two major abilities boosted, Bumblebee will become exponentially more powerful.
EMI Module – Bee will gain the ability to Evade Ranged Attacks, forcing you to stay within Melee Range and in turn allowing him to generate power with his Signature Ability.

Definitely go for it. I will warn you though that if you really need Energon and completing missions isn't enough, then you'd have to pay for it (it's optional though).

Optimus Primal Joins Kabam Transformers: Forged to Fight

After an initial tip from fellow Seibertronian Carnivius_Prime, we now have full confirmation that the Kabam Studios mobile game Transformers: Forged to Fight will be adding - as of the morning of 4th January 2018 - Maximal leader Optimus Primal to the roster of playable characters!

BOT INTEL REPORT – OPTIMUS PRIMAL

About Optimus Primal:

Faction: Maximal

Class: Brawler

The Maximal starship Axalon, commanded by Optimus Primal was pulled into a Transwarp Portal while in pursuit of a Predacon warship. Stranded on ancient Earth, Primal and his crew of Maximals fought the Beast Wars to preserve the timeline and protect all life in the galaxy.
Stats and Abilities:

2-Star:

Health: 1942
Attack: 177
Max Rating: 532

3-Star:

Health: 4768

Basic Abilities: Crit Armor, Melee Bonus, Bleed

Passive:

Armor Buffs provide 100% Critical Resistance.
Every 6 seconds if Optimus Primal has no Armor Buffs he will generate an Armor Buff, reducing damage from attacks by 2~4%. This ability stops if Optimus Primal is Armor Broken.

When Attacked:

20% chance to gain an Armor Buff, reducing damage from attacks by 2~4% with a maximum of 10 stacks of Armor. This ability requires at least one active Armor Buff and stops if Optimus Primal is Armor Broken.

Blocked Melee Attacks:

Blocked Melee Hits have a 30% chance to grant a Melee Buff, increasing Melee Damage by 10~18% for 6 seconds.

Heavy Attacks:

Converts all Armor Buffs to Melee Buffs, increasing Melee Damage by 10~18% for 6 seconds.

Signature Ability – Isn’t That Just Prime

Optimus Primal hopes for the best, but always prepares for the worst. Damaging Debuffs have shorter durations and recover health when they expire.

Damaging Debuffs expire 8% faster for each Armor Buff on Optimus Primal. Optimus Primal gains 1~5% of his max Health each time a Bleed on him expires.

Special Attacks:

Special 1 – Law of the Jungle

Optimus Primal launches into the air to bring justice to his foes.

If Optimus Primal has received any Bleeds this fight he will inflict Bleed on the opponent that deals 30~38% of Attack over 4 seconds. The strength of the Bleed increases by 20% for each Bleed inflicted on Optimus Prime this fight.

Special 2 – Beast Warrior

The quickest way to peace, is to end the battle quickly.

50% chance each sword hit to inflict Bleed, Dealing 40~60% of Attack as damage over 5 seconds.

Special 3 – Gorilla Warfare

When it comes to dealing with Predacons, sometimes brutal is best.

Optimus Primal’s rage grants him the maximum amount of Armor Buffs.
100% chance to inflict Attack Down, reducing the opponent’s Attack Rating by -20% for 32 seconds.

Synergy Bonuses:

Allies – Mutual – Dinobot, Rhinox

+2~8% Armor Rating

Enemies – Mutual – Waspinator

+2~8% Attack

Beast Purification – Mutual – All Beast Wars Characters

Heavy Attacks of Beast Wars characters grant 4~20% Attack Rating for 5 seconds and Purify Damaging Debuffs as long as there are 2 or more Beast Wars bots on Primal’s team.

Strong Match-ups:

Bonecrusher – Bonecrusher will lose the ability to land Critical Hits and the Bleeds he inflicts will soon become an advantage for Optimus Primal’s first Special Attack.
Ironhide – Ironhide’s greatest strength is his ability to deal out incredible Critical Hits. Optimus Primal will render the Demolition king unable to tear anything apart.

Weak Match-ups:

Starscream – Starscream will tear through Optimus Primal’s Armor and inflict Critical Hits while the Ape’s Armor is Broken.
Megatron – Megatron’s Fused Armor Break will block Optimus Primal’s Crit Armor from activating.

Recommended Modules for Optimus Primal:

Security Module – Increasing Optimus Primal’s Armor will make him more survivable and give him more opportunity to use his high attack rating against the opponent.
E.M.I. Module – Optimus Primal’s biggest disadvantage is his reliance on Melee Attacks. This module will help ensure he can thwart ranged opponents like that pesky Starscream.

Saw this report with the Primal chips, and man am I so excited, especially with how disappointing Bumblebee's limited availability was. Can't wait to get the boss monkey big bot!

The new sharkticon design is quite unique, appearing to take some design cues from Underbite while still being his own design, and certainly different from previous Sharkticon designs.

BOT INTEL REPORT – SHARKTICONS
Welcome to Sharkticon Week in New Quintessa! Collect all 6 classes of the Sharkticons in the Sharkticon Arenas, special Daily Login Calendar and the Alliance Event from February 1st to February 8th.
OVERVIEW
Sharkticons gain their abilities only once their Signature Ability has been unlocked but their abilities combine some of the most powerful effects and Special Attacks found on New Quintessa!
Once the Signature Ability has been unlocked you can Rank Up or increase Signature Level to radically improve ability effects!
When you collect a full team of Sharkticons, they will all gain the Shark Frenzy Synergy Bonus that will allow them all to Repair with Special Attack 3!
BRAWLER SHARKTICON
The largest and strongest of the six Sharkticon Classes, but not very bright.

STATS AND ABILITIES:
4-Star

Max Rating: 2547
Full Synergy: 3160
SIGNATURE ABILITY: SHARK ENHANCEMENT
When hit

12~20% chance to trigger a 16~40% Armor buff.
SPECIAL ATTACKS:
Special Attack 1 – Shark Therapy

A physical outburst at the opponent’s expense.

100% chance to trigger a -16~-40% Critical Chance debuff.
Special Attack 2 – Unstoppable Frenzy

An unstoppable combo from this Brawler Sharkticon.

100% chance to become Unstoppable for 3~5 seconds.
Special Attack 3 – Shark Attack

These Sharks are just as deadly on land.

SYNERGIES:
Outgoing – Brawler Frenzy – All Sharkticons

+3~15% Armor

WARRIOR SHARKTICON
Warrior Sharkticons train for 15 hours a day and constantly challenge the other five Classes to duels.

On Crit Sword Attacks

50~70% chance to trigger a Bleed causing damage equal to 30~50% of Attack Rating over 4 seconds.

From a crouching position, the Sharkticon leaps into a roundhouse to reveal a hidden blade.

100% chance to trigger a Bleed causing damage equal to 40~60% of Attack Rating over 4 seconds.

They’ll be awe-struck, and sword-struck.

100% Armor Penetration
100% chance to trigger a Bleed causing damage equal to 50~80% of Attack Rating over 5 seconds.

When Knocked Down

100% chance to gain an Evasion buff allowing the Sharkticon to Evade Melee and Ranged Attacks for 3~3.5 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACKS:
Special Attack 1 – Shark Swagger

A couple punches do the trick, but look cooler with a flash kick.

100% chance to trigger a 13~25% Crit Chance buff for 4 seconds.
40% chance to trigger a stun for 1.5 seconds.
Special Attack 2 – Gunslinger Fish

Locked, loaded, and he’s quick on the draw. Watch out!

100% chance to trigger a 29~45% Projectile Bonus for 6 seconds.
Special Attack 3 – Shark Attack

These Sharks are just as deadly on land.

SYNERGIES:
Outgoing – Scout Frenzy – All Sharkticons

+3~15% Critical Rate
Incoming – Shark Frenzy – All Sharkticons

TECH SHARKTICON
A Class of genius engineers known for manipulating force fields, and one of the six Classes of Sharkticons.

STATS AND ABILITIES:
4-Star

Max Rating: 2539
Full Synergy: 3160
SIGNATURE ABILITY: SHARK ENHANCEMENT
Passive

The Shark starts with 6 Shield buffs that each cap incoming damage to 8% of the Sharks total health.
SPECIAL ATTACKS:
Special Attack 1 – Shark Blast

A quick warm up to knock the boom glitches out of the enemy’s brain garage.

100% chance to drain 30~70% of a bar of power.
Special Attack 2 – Sleight of Hand and Fin

Second hit is Unblockable

Special Attack 3 – Shark Attack

These Sharks are just as deadly on land.

SYNERGIES:
Outgoing – Tech Frenzy – All Sharkticons

+3~15% Power Rate
Incoming – Shark Frenzy – All Sharkticons

DEMOLITIONS SHARKTICON
The most unpredictable of the six Sharkticon Classes due to a propensity for pyromania.

Under 50% Health

Gains a permanent 15~30% Special Damage buff.

Special Attack 2 – Tyranny and Meal-Time

Unification through consumption.

Special Attack 3 – Shark Attack

That's actually a really sweet design, I'd love a Deluxe toy of it (I know, never going to happen, but one can dream surely).

I've been thinking about downloading Forged to Fight for a while now. Mobile gaming isn't something I usually do, but from what I've seen in YouTube let's plays it looks fun. Would anyone on here recommend it?

I have a strong suspicion that the Seacons will be released, using remolded Dinobot/Terrorcon combiners. I'm sure this is based upon those designs.

As for the game, I am biased when I say that I didn't like it. It's touchscreen only and could be considered P2W (pay to win); two things I despise. However, although hardly anyone here has replied to this topic (which might show a lack of interest), I remember quite a few people who posted interest about this game at other TF sites, so perhaps it's popular enough?

We have a new update for Kabam's Transformers: Forged to Fight mobile game, this time featuring a new and interesting character: Movie Hound! This is based on the character voiced by John Goodman that appears in both Age of Extinction and The Last Knight with his vehicle mode being based more on the later film with some changes to avoid any copyright issue with Mercedes.

This player is available as of right now and you can read all his stats below or on their website by clicking here. They also le you know who he is strong and weak against. It seems he is no match for Optimus Primal for instance.

When Autobot Hound rolls to avoid a Ranged Attack he gains a 40~200% Ranged Bonus for 3 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACKS:
Special 1 – Rolling Thunder

While Precision Ammo is equipped the last hit has a 100% Chance to inflict 100% Critical Rate Down for 20 seconds.
While Inferno Ammo is equipped this the last hit has a 100% chance to inflict Burn, dealing 60~80% of Attack over 15 seconds.
Special 2 – Safeties Off

Nothing makes holes quite like a naval rotary cannon.

50% chance per hit to Bleed, dealing 40% of Attack over 5 seconds.
Special 3 – Full Autobot

You’re not out of time until you’re out of ammo!

100% Chance to gain an Armor Buff, reducing damage from attacks by 10% for 30 seconds.
Autobot Hound has a 100% chance to inflict a Critical Resistance Debuff, increasing the chance for Critical Hits against opponents by 40% for 28 seconds and proceeds to fire every gun in his inventory.

Barricade – Autobot Hound’s Precision Ammo rarely misses, making Autobot Hound the premier choice to dismantle this Barricade’s powerful Evasion Buff.
Mirage – Mirage’s Heavy Attack is notorious for being untouchable to Ranged Attacks, but that trick stops at Autobot Hound. Precision Ammo is not affected by character abilities that would cause Ranged Attacks to Miss.

WEAK MATCH-UPS:
Optimus Primal – Primal will completely resist Autobot Hound’s Powerful Critical Hits.
Soundwave – Soundwave has the ability to reflect Autobot Hound’s powerful Signature Ability right back into his bearded face.

Loves me the movie bots. Is main reason I have the game on my phone. :)
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean any offense to anyone. I'm just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool! :)

Likes: Movieverse ('Bayformers' are my fave Transformers), Marvel UK G1, most Marvel US G1, 1986 animated movie (more for style & soundtrack rather than Star Wars-rip off plot).
Dislikes: TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron.
