The pain in his chest was burning and spreading. Fraggin', slaggin' hellhound. Next time he had a chance he'd shoot the thing right between its ugly optics. Or poison its food. Or blow it out an airlock. Something.

But before he could really take any time to dwell on his current misery, Breakdown's auditory receptors picked up the haunting sounds of Motormaster's impending arrival. He was in vehicle mode and he wasn't just leisurely coasting down the corridors.

This was gonna be messy.

A surprising offer of assistance, however, came from somewhere that Breakdown would have never expected it: Drag Strip reached down an arm to aid him.

“Come on, Breakdown, time to move,” he'd said, as he assisted him up and out of the way of Motormaster's imminent carnage.

"Some days we just can't win," Breakdown rumbled, seconds before Motormaster slammed into the Stunticon terrorist. "But....I gotta say.....I've been waiting for vorns to see that."

Astrotrain's Airlock

Octane sat back as he watched the infamous brute Motormaster order his cronies around. How this group was still functioning was beyond anything Octane could ever comprehend. The way Motormaster ordered his troops, he could almost picture the thug picking up his own troops and tossing them out the door and into the ship. After a little posturing the two selected Stunticons went out. Then something made Wildrider leave and disobey his dumb boss. Lastly after the normal abuse of the Stunticon commander, Drag Strip was sent out to fetch his wayward teammate. It wasn't long until the ugly thug went to get his troops. Octane shook his head at all of this chaos and stupidity before him.

"Well my old friend, Astrotrain, it looks like we got invited to watch the circus again. One of these days the Stunticons will be flatten due to their lack of teamwork. The only teamwork they would have is the smaller ones revolt against Motormaster but I can see the dumb lug nut wiping the floor with them and then start over with a different group. Probably the main reason he hasn't done it already is because no one else is dumb enough to follow the lug or has enough firepower to put him in his place. I guess it is time for me to follow the idiots just to see what sort of mayhem they have caused and get a good laugh."

Corridors

Octane walked into the Ultrax wandering around the ship and noticed Knockout having issues with fixing the ship. The only good use of this hunk of junk is for scrap or maybe a trap if set by an intelligent commander. Shockwave wouldn't waste the time unless he wanted a few test subjects. Soundwave probably try to maybe salvage it or at least the information in the ship data core. Lord Megatron would lift it up only to toss it at the Autobots.

"Hey Knockout, it looks like we should have brought down a dozen or so worker drones to patch this thing up. I have to wonder what Razorclaw was thinking in trying to get this hunk of space junk back into space. Maybe Motormaster sweet talked his new boss into getting his own personal ship back up so he can freely beat his minions without Razorclaw or anyone else objecting. I have to wonder if the brute gets a sick sense of enjoyment from the torture he puts his troops in."

Sounds were coming down from the hallways with many being mixed together to make it hard to determine what they all were along with the creaks and moans of the ship due to the condition it was in.

>>Motormaster, did you find anything worth killing in this bucket of bolts? I thought this mission was to get any energon not needed for the ship up to the Thanatos.<<

"Heh heh, well, you got invited. You get to walk around. I apparently get to sit here in shuttle mode and wait for you all to return. Ferry duty. My favorite," Astrotrain scoffed. "Anyway, 'Cons have been writing those little glitches off for orns and orns. Theyre' still around. Something about their unique brand of craziness helps. I've no doubts Motormaster's beatings are a part of it. Anyway, good luck in there. let me know if you come across anything interesting."

And with that, Octane took his leave to head deeper into the Stunticon scow, leaving Astrotrain alone. So so alone.

Motormaster smashing into Wildrider in his truck form sent the smaller Stunticon flying comically further down into the corridor until he met a closed blast door that stopped his flight. It wasn’t nowhere near the hardest blow the tyrannical leader of the Stunticons had dealt to Wildrider during the vorns but it served to prove a point. Goof up and get what’s coming for you. Which in Motormaster’s language meant mostly pain.

Wildrider was not the only one Motormaster had his sights on though. As the big brute transformed into his robot form, his optics immediately scanned for the reason behind all this ruckus. Namely – Wildrider’s pet hellhound Colonel Bonkers. The hound was covering up against a wall, looking mighty apologetic. Too bad it didn’t rise even a shimmer of sympathy within Motormaster’s ruthless brain module.

”Stupid mutt.” The grey and black demon of a cybertronian growled as he delivered a swift kick into the hellhound’s side, causing it to turtle up and whimper in pain.

Whipping up a chain from one of his many storage compartments, Motormaster dug his knee into the hound’s side, using his weight to keep the creature down while he yanked the chain around its neck. With the hound collared and chained, Motormaster yanked it up from the floor, keeping the leash painfully short.

”Had to save your sorry afts again!” He boomed, ”Can’t even deal with one wimpy mutt!”

”You owe me. All you you. Again.” He added, optics flashing malevolently before he began to bark commands at his minions. ”Now get to work! All that energon is not going to carry itself!”

>>Motormaster, did you find anything worth killing in this bucket of bolts? I thought this mission was to get any energon not needed for the ship up to the Thanatos.<<

A transmission. From no other than that idiotic triplechanger that kept thinking way too much of himself. He’d set him straight too. By violence if Octane wouldn’t heed his words. >>”I am going to find you, you sorry sack of waste metal crumps if you don’t shut up and start doing what you were brought here to do Octane. Don’t call me again unless you have something to report!”<<

”Idiots.” Motormaster grumbled, starting his walk back to where he came with the hellhound in tow. ”I am surrounded by slagging idiots.”

“Some days we just can't win. But….I gotta say.....I've been waiting for vorns to see that.”

Drag Strip simply nodded to Breakdown as the pair watched Motormaster slam into Wildrider, propelling the terrorist through the air, end over end, until he crashed into a closed blast door at the end of the darkened corridor. It was a comical sight to behold, one that forced a slight smirk to cross the yellow racer’s faceplate. He wiped the expression away quickly, however, before their commander had a chance to see.

The former herald remained quiet against the far wall as Motormaster brought the hellhound under control, putting a chain leash around its neck. The Stunticon Commander was none too pleased with this whole turn of events. Drag only hoped that ol’ Motorhead wouldn’t decide to take his agitation out on him, as well.

”Had to save your sorry afts again! Can’t even deal with one wimpy mutt! You owe me. All you you. Again. Now get to work! All that energon is not going to carry itself!” Motormaster boomed before quickly responding to a private comm. ”Idiots. I am surrounded by slagging idiots”

As Motormaster stalked back down the corridor, dragging Captain Bonkers along as he went, Drag Strip turned his attention to his three comrades, or at least what was left of some of them. Dead End looked okay, Breakdown still had a hole in his chest and Wildrider, well, the one-armed wonder was in the worst shape of them all. Only Drag Strip managed to come out of this situation without a scratch, luckily for him. Unfortunately, with the aforementioned injuries, it would likely take longer to move the energon cubes and load them onto Astrotrain, which meant more work for the ex-herald. Of course, Drag wasn’t about to point that out to the Stunticon Commander, especially not at the present time or at any time for that matter.

“Well, you guys heard the boss,” Drag Strip finally said, breaking the silence amongst them. “We’ve got a job to do and I doubt Motormaster will accept any excuses regardless of injuries.” The yellow mech then walked down the corridor to where Wildrider was laying in a heap near the blast door. “So, ‘Rider, you think you can function with only one arm or do you need me to carry your trouble-making aft down to the med bay? I'm sure a drone could reattach it for you.”

"Red-to-red, yellow-to-yellow, and green-to-" Knock-Out stated to himself as he finished fitting some wires together within the wall. A small hum rumbled around the ship and more lights flickered to life around the adjacent corridor network. "-green."

The mechanic rose from his "work station" and clapped off the crude lubricants from his sharpened actuators. Bleck. Going to need a fine-tooth wired brush to clean out the deep-seated oils later. Looking over the datapad, the crimson and gold mechanic looked over the reformed maintenance work. More cameras and dimly lit corridors were a sign that he was able to reroute power properly, though from the data presented he was at least able to determine which corridors were submerged and locked down to prevent further flooding. At least the way to the bridge was accessible, albeit more maze-like than he was hoping for.

"You're only just learning this now?" Knock-Out half handily replied to the Octane's motormouthing. Although he was unphased, Octane's words jabbed at the reminder that Knock-Out was the sole mech responsible for getting the Ultrax airworthy again. For now, the bridge was their best bet of getting a full read out of the situation and access any further damage from there.

Soon Motormaster came barging down the corridor with- Primus what was that he had in tow with him? A beast of some kind, mutt-like in appearance. Perhaps that's what the screaming was about...

"So, we've got some of the power back," the mechanic reported to the Stunticon commander, trying his best not to anger the thuggish Decepticon, "We've got access to emergency systems but to get a full assessment we've got to get to the bridge."

"There's something else you should know too," he said after giving his previous statement sometimes to sink in. "In order to have closed off most of the bulkheads and draw the emergency powers to the bridge, someone had to be here. According to the logs, the bounce chamber was used recently before it lost power. That means there's someone else here."

Dragging the whimpering hellhound away from the rest of the Stunticons had taken Motormaster back towards the airlock where Astrotrain was waiting docked with the Ultrax. Not because the leader of the Stunticons had planned returning there but because he just had felt a need to get away from the four idiots before he ended up mauling them to be completely useless for the job they had to do. Besides, he needed to put the mutt somewhere where it could not cause more trouble.

As troublesome as the beast was, it was well trained enough to be useful for tracking down targets, so getting rid of it wasn’t in Motormaster’s interests. The problem was that the damn lunatic Wildrider couldn’t be trusted with anything. Were it not for him having ducked his responsibilities, the mutt likely wouldn’t have gone on rampage like this. One had to show the beast its place and give it enough scraps to make it loyal. Not pamper it and then forget to feed the damn thing.

Closing in towards Astrotrain, Motormaster spotted Knock-Out in the distance. And no doubt in order to try to smooch him up to avoid the Stunticon brute’s bad side - the mechanic wasted no time giving him a report.

"So, we've got some of the power back. We've got access to emergency systems but to get a full assessment we've got to get to the bridge. There's something else you should know too. According to the logs, the bounce chamber was used recently before it lost power. That means there's someone else here."

”Yeah, so?” Motormaster reacted to Knock-Out’s announcement, ”How’s that a damn problem?”

Pain. Lots of pain. Whimpering too. Not from Wildrider, but Colonel Bonkers. Not that he could help his pet right now. No, Colonel Bonkers was gonna have to fend for himself for a bit. As he tried to regain his bearings after being smashed silly, he realized that he was upside down. And that his aft was higher than his head. Must have crashed against a wall.

Motormaster was saying something. Wildrider couldn’t quite make it out for the ringing in his audios. Probably something about him being an idiot. Deserving it. Backhanded insults and the usual verbal barbs. His imagination made some of those sting worse even though he couldn’t make it out. He flailed briefly, flopping over onto his back and trying to push himself up with his one arm.

He glanced at his hand then around. Slag! The impact had made him lose his grip on his arm! And his marbles. Ha! No, he had lost those a long time ago. He glanced up at Drag Strip as the ex-herald marched up to him. His optics vaguely rolled up to the heavens.

“I can walk,” Wildrider growled, scrambling to his feet, “I don’t need your help.” He glanced around, bracing himself against the wall with an arm, “But, uh, have you seen my arm? I kinda…lost it.”

“I can walk, I don’t need your help. But, uh, have you seen my arm? I kinda…lost it.”

Drag Strip smirked a bit as Wildrider said in one breath that he didn’t need his help while immediately afterwards asking for help in finding his arm. Ironic. However, before the ex-herald could respond, Breakdown spoke up.

“Wherever your brain module is, your arm's probably not far off. Or maybe Bonkers ate it. We'll just hope he finishes the job next time.”

The yellow Stunticon’s smirk suddenly turned into a low chuckle. It was short lived, though, as Drag Strip forced himself to stop. “Sorry,” the former race champion said to Wildrider as Breakdown headed off towards the storage room where the energon cache was located. “I’m sure he didn’t mean that. As for your arm, I’m sure it’s around here somewhere. I mean it couldn’t have gone far on it’s own, right?”

Drag Strip then turned his head-mounted light around and quickly scanned the rest of the corridor with his optics. Within astroseconds, the severed arm had been discovered lying off in a nearby corner. “Found it!” Drag walked over and quickly scooped it up in his left hand before returning the limb to it’s rightful owner. “Here,” the yellow mech said as he handed the broken arm to Wildrider. “Try not to lose it again.”

"Now, let's get moving before the boss decides to run us all over." With no further words spoken, Drag Strip turned and followed after Breakdown as they headed towards the storage room and the energon cache.

“Frag you too, Breakdown,” Wildrider said with sugary sweetness. He waved Drag Strip off. He didn’t need slaggin’ apologies from him of all mechs. Instead, Wildrider settled for a sharp jab to Drag’s shoulder with his one good arm. That felt much better. But in any case, he needed to find a way to dial back Colonel Bonker’s enthusiasm. His greetings involved a bit too much dismemberment for his liking.

When Drag Strip returned with his arm, Wildrider took it and looked at it with a sigh. Frag. This meant more time in those slaggin’ CR chambers. The big double M knew how much he hated it in those things too. Frag.

Stowing his arm away safely for the moment, Wildrider followed along with Drag Strip and Breakdown toward the energon cache. He could carry some with one arm. Anything to postpone that trip to the med bay. He sighed. “I hope the boss isn’t too rough with Colonel Bonkers. He’s a delicate pup, you know.”

"Yeah yeah yeah," Breakdown huffed, waving off Wildrider's retort as he continued moving.

Arriving in the room where the energon was stored, Breakdown just stood for a moment and admired the piles of neatly-stacked energon cubes, glistening deliciously in the dimly-lit space. Breakdown couldn't remember the last time that he personally had seen so much of it in one place.

Now he was getting hungry.

I could have just one. Just one. But they'd see. Everyone would see. Then the holovid would go to Razorclaw and he'd tell the boss to smash me. Grrrrrr....

Experience and paranoia were good teachers. He knew better than to test Motormaster's patience any further and began loading the cubes onto a nearby hovercart.

Well... He never exactly stated it was a problem per say, but the mechanic figured that Motormaster ought to know about it, someone still looming around in his former ship didn't seem to spark any sort of curiosity within the Stunticon Commander. Then again, this was Motormaster of all mechs we were talking about here... Only thing he's most likely concerned with is getting his job here done or just continue being some sort of sadistic bane on any poor mech that stands in his path.

Closing the maintenance hatch behind him, Knock-Out returned his attention to his datapad's highlighted route to the main bridge. He was here to get the ship back up to a functioning order and that was his best place to get started. He took a couple of steps down the adjacent corridor and began making his way towards the bridge.

Energon Storage

As soon as Wildrider arrived in the room where the energon was stored, he took a good look around and decided that, yeah, he could go for some. Scooping up one of the smaller cubes in his one hand, Wildrider knocked about half of it back in an instant.

“Frag, that sure hits the spot,” he commented idly as he watched Breakdown start to load energon onto the cart. Supposing that he ought to help, Wildrider chugged the rest of the cube – grade-A stuff, might he add – and tossed the empty one onto the floor. He crushed it under his foot and went to start loading up the rest.

“You know, this sure is a whole lotta energon. Wonder what kind of bang it would make if we set it off,” he wondered idly as the deposited some cubes on the cart. “I mean, a pretty hefty one, huh? Been a while since I’ve seen so much in one place. You know what those humans use for fuel…gasoline? Nasty stuff. Yet…oddly…satisfying? Anyway, that stuff goes up big time.”

”Well?” Motormaster’s hollow baritone called behind Knock-Out as the diabolical Stunticon leader approached the mechanic with Colonel Bonkers in tow. The unwilling hellhound had been dragged behind the vile Decepticon with its claws screeching against the metallic floors of the Ultrax until it had given up and started to follow Motormaster without resistance after receiving yet another hit from its cruel master.

”Are you going to get those doors open or do I have cut my way in?” Motormaster rumbled, offering the hellhound’s leash to Knock-Out with a devious grin on his face, ”You are going to hold the damn mutt if that’s the case.”

“I hope the boss isn’t too rough with Colonel Bonkers. He’s a delicate pup, you know.”

“Yeah, he’s a real dainty spark of love, that one,” Drag Strip replied sarcastically as he entered the storage room just before Wildrider did. Once inside, the yellow racer noticed that Breakdown was already loading some of the energon cubes into one of the hovercarts that was located against the far wall. Walking over, Drag grabbed another cart and brought it over closer to the piles of cubes, themselves.

“Frag, that sure hits the spot.”

Drag Strip looked back over at Wildrider and saw that he was drinking the energon out of one of the cubes. “Wildrider! We’re not here to drink this stuff. We’re here to load it onto Astrotrain to be transported up to the Thanatos. Motormaster is going to tear you yet another aft plate if he catches you drinking the cargo!”

“You know, this sure is a whole lotta energon. Wonder what kind of bang it would make if we set it off. I mean, a pretty hefty one, huh? Been a while since I’ve seen so much in one place. You know what those humans use for fuel…gasoline? Nasty stuff. Yet…oddly…satisfying? Anyway, that stuff goes up big time.”

Dear Primus, when will it end? Drag Strip was surrounded by imbeciles. Only Motormaster had any sense of intelligence, but he was a brutish thug who enjoyed literally torturing his own men. None of them were as crazy as Wildrider, that was for sure, and it was the terrorist, himself, that more often than not got the rest of the Stunticons into trouble with their volatile leader.

“Yes, it’s a whole lot of energon and, no, were are NOT setting it off! Honestly, ‘Rider, if you spent as much time actually doing something constructive as you do trying to find ways to get us all into trouble, you’d might actually become a productive member of the team.” Wasting no more time with his idiotic teammate, Drag Strip returned his attention to the nearest pile of energon cubes and began loading them into his hovercart.

Breakdown looked over at Wildrider just in time to see him guzzling down one of the energon cubes that they were supposed to be loading and transporting back to Astrotrain. His jaw dropped open in amazement. This mech's insanity levels never failed to surprise him. Even after the beating he had just taken, he would turn around and do something like this.

Drag Strip at least seemed to recognize the stupidity just as much as Breakdown did, and instead of encouraging it actually reprimanded the reprobate.

"We're in enough slag as it is," Dead End said as he approached his own hovercart and started to stack cubes. "Don't make it worse. If that's possible at this point."

"Hah!" Breakdown scoffed as he finished arranging the cubes on his cart. "I'd actually dare him to do it, if I wasn't so sure he would."

He then nudged his filled cart forward and began the trek back to Astrotrain. It looked as if their punishment for the time being was going to be monotony.

Energon Storage Room

It took Octane a bit to find his way around the Ultrax but he finally found the storage room. He saw three of the four brute's lackeys. As he got close to the room he noticed Breakdown leave with a cart full of energon cubes.

"Looks like I found the right place. I hate to admit it but did get a little turned around with half of this ship dead or locked off. At least I'm used to carrying such precious cargo like this."

Octane walked in and saw what he thought was an empty container in Wildrider's hands. Did the nutcase drink one of the cubes? Only the truly insane would dare especially if their master had a good idea of how many cubes they had in storage. This is asking a lot of the brute Motormaster though. The only things he knows is how to do is use his weapons and beat his own troops. Octsne shook his head and wondered why he wanted to join in on a mission like this. Oh wait, he was probably going to get dragged to do his official duty anyways.

"Trying to help out Astrotrain by draining containers of the energon, Wildrider? Astrotrain might appreciate it but your boss will beat you into slag and then cut you up and maybe let someone like Skullcruncher eat you."

Octane looked around and found a cart of his own. He considered transforming into his tanker mode and opening up his back end to make the job a lot quicker but the hallways were a bit small for his wide turns.

“Yes, it’s a whole lot of energon and, no, were are NOT setting it off! Honestly, ‘Rider, if you spent as much time actually doing something constructive as you do trying to find ways to get us all into trouble, you’d might actually become a productive member of the team.”

Wildrider shot a glare at Drag Strip, AKA the party pooper. He stopped what he was doing and pointed with his detached arm at Drag about to say something when chimed in. Ugh. It was going back to normal. Frag. He didn’t want that. He got away with so much more slag when Drag Strip was a traitor. Then Octane waltzed up and had to throw in a few words of his own.

His optics narrowed. You know what? Frag this! Frag them! Tucking his arm under what remained off it, he reached back and drew out his gun.

“Frag you guys,” he said, aiming his blaster at the cart that Breakdown was pushing. It was a little hard to aim what with the pain and having only one arm. As he struggled to get it into position, his detached arm slipped out of the nook of his nub arm.

“Fraggit!” he grumbled as he reached down to get it. It was inconvenient to only have the one good arm.

"Yeah...yeah! Boss should have you hauling all of this stuff! Why do we gotta?" Breakdown huffed. He then turned back to see Wildrider having another tantrum/mental glitch.

"Frag you guys. Fraggit!”

"Oh, no way," Breakdown grumbled as he realized what Wildrider intended to do. He quickly moved into a better position between his cart and Wildrider's disjointed aim. "He's gonna get us all killed! Stop 'im!"

Deadend watched the scene unfold before him, "With any luck the idiot will shoot and we will all be destroyed. here ignominiously, at the hand of one of our own team mates..." Deadend stared into space for a moment.

The hint of a smile crept across his face. He looked Wildrider in the eye then at his gun then passively stared him in the eye again willing oblivion.

Octane took his first shipment of energon cubes down the hallways of the ship to his friend, Astrotrain. He couldn't help but wonder how the Stunticons still function as a team and in general. The team factor is the brute beating his team while the team trying to figure out a way from underneath his thumb and at the same time bickering among each other. From the looks of the ship, Knock Out was getting a little bit of it functioning but doubt it would be space worthy in the next orn if not longer. Octane finally reached his destination with his first load.

Astrotrain
"Hey buddy, it looks like I might be the first one here with the precious cargo. It still surprises me the Stunticons haven't gotten wiped out from their inner fighting or the leadership getting tired of their stupidity. It probably helps that Motormaster is part of his highness Razorclaw. I still say Shockwave would been a better leader but old one eyes does seem to enjoy his lab more than anything. A big part of me would like more power like a bigger weapon or other enhancement. Maybe us triple changers could get another form but nothing like Sixshot. Now there is a mech I could get behind if only to stay out of the way of his weapons. You and I have more in common with the Phase Sixers than the likes of the bumbling Stunticons or the beasts of the Predacons. Since they are called the special teams, what makes them so special? At one time we were the elite of the elite squads of the Decepticon army."

As Octane vents to one of the very few he could call friend, he finds a corner to unload the energon cubes carefully. Energon isn't the most stable compounds even in cube form. He heard raw crystallized energon being even worse. Octane really wouldn't know the difference. He usually left such details to the likes of Shockwave or maybe the strange ones like Thunderwing.

"This idea might be traitorous to Shockwave but I wonder if Thunderwing could make a triple changer version of his shell thing. I don't want the organic crap all over it but something to enhance our abilities as triple changers. Maybe Thunderwing would do it just for the challenge of it. Then with those we would have the power to either take the throne ourselves or at least give it to someone like Shockwave but of course Thunderwing would probably expect it in return for our new power."

To Astrotrain's surprise, it was actually Octane who had returned first instead of one of Motormaster's little psychos. Though perhaps he shouldn't have been surprised at all. They were probably locked in a sparring match in some random corridor of their grubby little ship, not giving a spit of attention to Motormaster's orders until he rained pain down on them again.

"Welcome back. Good to see you haven't got yourself caught up in any Stunticon insanity. What are they doing in there, anyway?"

The triple-changer then listened as Octane went on something of a rant regarding their current circumstances. Now this he was used to, from both Blitzwing and Octane. Hell, he ranted too sometimes. It was one thing that the three of them had bonded over, over the vorns.

"Agreed. Shockwave was my preference as well, but Razorclaw has held things together better than I would have expected. Can you imagine what we'd be doing if Motormaster had somehow come out on top of that leadership scuffle we had back on the Thanatos? Or Thunderwing? Abusive tyrant or glitched nutbag who turns us all into semi-organics? I can tolerate Razorclaw."

He then continued to listen as Octane went on about new weapons and modes and their glory days as part of the Triorian Guard, back during the Golden Age of Cybertron. Yeah, some parts of it were nice. Real nice.

"Hey, I'm no scientist, but you remember what happened to that last batch of mechs that underwent the alt-mode modification process? Ripping their sparks out? Flooding their cores with acid? Slag man, Sixshot's been the only one to have more than three and not become a raving dog that had to be put down. I'm all for better weapons, but no way are you getting me to lay down and have another alt mode jammed into me.

"And take the throne for ourselves? Are you glitched? Did you get into the energon while you were back there loading it up? As soon as word got out that one of us was in command we'd have every Phase Sixer and would-be warlord on our doorstep the next day."

"With any luck the idiot will shoot and we will all be destroyed. here ignominiously, at the hand of one of our own team mates..."

Ah, there's that ray of optimism that Breakdown had been hoping for. He was going to take the fact that his cart of energon hadn't been blown to flaming slag as a sign and get moving before he did.

"You deal with him," Breakdown huffed before turning back and pushing his hovercart away as quickly as he could manage.

Drag Strip continued loading energon cubes into his hover cart as Breakdown walked back into the corridor. Octane then entered the room and actually began to help the Stunticons with their task. This was an unusual display as he normally liked to torment others by refusing to give them fuel unless they praise him first. The triplechanger was a bully first and foremost, not a helper, but with the threat of Motormaster looming nearby, Drag figured that Octane had decided to be on his best behavior. Too bad the same couldn’t be said for a certain terrorist.

“Frag you guys,” Wildrider said as he aimed his blaster right at Breakdown’s cart. He didn’t fire, though, as his severed arm fell to the ground. “Fraggit!”

”Oh, no way! He’s gonna get us all killed! Stop ‘im!” Breakdown shouted.

“With any luck the idiot will shoot and we will all be destroyed, here ignominiously, at the hand of one of our own team mates…” Dead End lamented.

Drag Strip stopped and let out a deep sigh. “Dear Primus, what did I do to deserve this?” The former herald muttered quietly to himself. “Oh, right, I tried to kill everyone. I forgot.” The yellow racer then turned and walked over to Wildrider as the terrorist leaned down to pick up his severed arm. Instead, Drag got to it first, quickly snatching the broken arm up before taking a step back away from Wildrider.

“All right, enough, ‘Rider!” Drag Strip said in a firm tone as he stood in the doorway between his lunatic comrade and Breakdown’s hover cart full of energon out in the corridor. “I know you don’t give a slag what I say, but you’re not blowing anything or anyone up today. Got it? Now, if you promise to behave yourself, I’ll consider giving you back your arm. Deal?”

Miraculously. Coincidentally. Oddly? None of the other Stunticons tackled him down. There was no backhand. Just the command to stop him. Octane wandered off with the energon while he was fumbling with his gun. Dead End just kinda welcomed the promise of violence. What a downer. ‘Rider hadn’t thought the mech had gone suicidal on them just yet.

Just as he gave up on the gun and went for his arm, Drag Strip had the bearings to snatch it away! That glitch! Did he know how hard it was to do anything with just one arm?! Then he got told to behave by someone who should really be trying to kiss the ground that Motormaster walked on to try to avoid his ire. At least kissing a little aft to the rest of them to try and get a good word in for him.

“Fine,” Wildrider half-growled, half-groaned, “Gimme.” He stuck out his hand for his arm. “We’ll do it the boring way. Boss’d kill me anyway. If the boom didn’t do it first. Heh.”
