I've been waiting for or eventually releasing this in their Selects lines but I guess yours looks way better than their's would ever do anyway.

Those are repaints!?
Didn't compare images but totally thought those were KOs of the originals of Ruination and Megaenmpress.
I really dig FoC Airaid's chest on the black and blue helicopter Con.

I totally get the nick name

Again: YOURS looks better! Really like the kind of toxic and royal or even glamorous god-like looking color scheme.

I really crossovers lately and will do a couple of those myself as soon as I have time to get back to customizing.

Trust me, you aren't the first person to do a double take on seeing Megatronia! Although I've had to touch up her forehead since that picture was taken, I think the combined form was one of my most successful customs. As for Magnus, the regal impression is delightfully fitting as *checks tfwiki* the e-hobby designers based Shining Magnus on the scene when he was handed the matrix.

I also made some Armada Decepticons, with a couple takara imitations in there. Had some odd issues with the finish: the handpainted orange on Megatron and Thundercracker is unusually matte and Starscream's white is looking... fluffy. EDIT: And I totally forgot to ask you about that Blitzwing I saw behind Gigastorm in tank before (and almost forgot to mention it again )

I guess, you applied the white with a spray can. Yea, it tends to look like this if you apply matt paints with spray cans (in thin layers). I got a decently priced small mobile airbrush compressor with an airbrush gun included to apply paint evenly over larger areas. Works great and is still pretty easy

These have all turned out brilliantly.

The original Shining Magnus is quite possibly the single-greatest candidate for aftermarket LEDs of any Transformer ever.
Yours does a brilliant job looking like it's glowing unaided with that shiny paintjob.

The fake Ruination and Megatronia are very well done, nice work. I need to get two Bruticus KOs..

(Apologies if these images don't format properly, the links should still work) Kingdom has been the gift that keeps on giving. With all the baffling and inaccurate color choices for the Beast Wars characters, I'm not sure if I've ever been so motivated to make touch-ups, glow-ups, and corrections.
Rattrap, for example, really needed some extra shine.

I also gave Vertebreak some fun detailing, based on the TFP terrorcons and a certain Bionicle mask to match the "bone/undead" theme. Hopefully I can finally stop thinking of her as a variant of Slash from PotP.


I also received Beast Megatron recently. I decided I was fine with giving him the option of partsforming for a more accurate robot mode, so I started slicing through the glue holding his "hide" in place and cutting slits in the shoulder panels to let them detach like the MP figure's. This quickly turned into me completely flaying him. No, really. I've linked the imgur album below.

I still consider Beast Megatron a WiP, as I'm not sure how I want to treat beast mode beyond some purple washes between the scales. I like the tan underbelly so being able to pop off his shoulder kibble is a blessing.

If I may ask, why two Brutici? I assume you're planning to customize at least one?

Rattrap looks way better now.

I first thought that the purple on Vertebreak's beast mode is the reflection of blacklight...

But I'm not sure about Megatron...

Is he a robotic space chicken in alt mode now?
But gladly I know now that I can disassemble his head as soon as I get him and easily paint pupils onto his eyes. Was it easy to do that? And for his skin/scales I'll go for Prime 1 Studio look.

Yes. I want to make Ruination.
Come to think of it, depending on what happens with eBay prices I might need to get three so I can have G2 Bruticus.

Quick post - haven’t said anything in ages but haven’t stopped painting stuff! Lots more to share. For now:
Siege Autotrooper, didn’t like the siege Datsun for prowl and gang but this I love. bit of KP and a bit of animated
Siege toxitron, still needs more touch ups (spray didn’t go as planned), kind of animated look on the inside and G2/CW on the outside. Made from a washed up Netflix Magnus
Siege G2 Sunset Sideswipe/Tigertrack, since siegewipe is out the revolving door. tried to make him very accurate. Roof is wip ofc

They all look great
The blue on G2 Sunset even looks a bit transparent from this angle like the DotM Scan Series figures.

Thanks! Obviously it’s just teal paint, but I think the fade turned out excellently. I hope to use it on more figures in the future

I’ve been working on a custom Flamewar, from a P:RiD Arcee I found recently. Unlike the UW fakes it’s more of a re-interpretation than a copy of the BotCon figure. She was missing a kneecap so I improvised.

Hello world! I’ve made a bunch of new customs over the summer, mostly using figures I plan to replace as Hastak remakes everything
First up is Squadron X, the group of Marvel G1 background characters Impactor slew in LSotW. Check TFWiki if it doesn’t ring a bell . I can post more detailed pics and explanations of each one if people are curious.
