As for FOC colours from the Energon Mold, just buy the Universe repaint, and get yourself the Energon Blight (tank)

See, the colours are almost identical to the FOC: Black Onslaught, Green brawl, gold Helicopter, Brown Blast off, add in your Energon Yellow Blight (Swindle) and you're set. Botcon stuff comes in either a box or no box. Botsets will unlikely contain bruticus, let alone a G2

Hmmm I wonder if the Fall of Cybertron and the Universe Bruticus share the same connector parts?
That would make for some interesting part swapping and crazy gestalt creations?

With Ultra Magnus getting the polish off for release shortly I wonder if we will also see his 'brother' Optimus Prime get touched up...?

Hey perhaps his drinking buddy Nemesis Prime might get a lick too?

Even if you didn't get any of the figures you have to admit that GDO was a a great set of figures. A decent selection of Movie, FE and Generations toys all repainted to be G1/G2 characters, many with new heads, some with brand new accessories. 4 Legends, 4 Scouts, 4 Deluxes, 4 (sort-of) Voyagers and 2 Leaders.

So who would you include in your dream GDO wave 2?

Personally I would love to see RTS Windcharger as Tailgate with an IDW-inspired head, Gen Scourge as Tread Bolt, Gen Blurr as Pointblank, FE Prime as Powertrain, and so on...

I already have them because a while back I broke down and got the Takara versions, but there is a mold that exists, yet has still never been released domestically, that I am sure many would stil like a crack at. So in this mythical wave 2, how about we see these two guys?

I would like to see an Asia GDO Exclusive release of Dark of the Moon Deluxe Que but with a new Wheeljack head and G1 homage paint deco please Takara!

If we get that then it will only be a matter of time, considering current trends, that he will get a Toys 'R' Us retail release also! Whoop! :grin:

That actually was in the original plans for the Trilogy Series, before it got canned. Fat chance of it being re-released though, thanks to design licensing by Paramount.

I have resisted picking Que up via Ebay or Kapow! for a while now because I had hoped for an actual retail release of some sort?
Id be looking around £30 here or around £20/25 from Asia?

Somewhat off topic: Has anyone noticed the huge amount of Asia Ebay sellers springing up with the same exact listings, low feedback and similar names?
Very worrying for buyers such as myself especially when you either get hit with a customs charge or the low feedback ones disapear with your cash! :-?

Back on topic: I wonder how long, if at all, will it take to see the Asia GDO Exclusives in U.K. Toys 'R' Us?

For Scouts, Buzzsaw using the same mold as Shadow Stalker. Also Frenzy and Rumble - painted to look like Rumble and Frenzy. Tailgate from Windcharger, but with the blue flames from the Cyberverse deco.

In terms of Deluxes, Gutcruncher from Warpath, and I'll echo Sunstorm, Senator Ratbat from Scourge, and Reflector from Perceptor.

Since we have Lazerbeak, why not Soundwave from the Mindwipe mold?

As for Legends, let's see a Skywarp using the seeker mold, and Browning from Megatron's mold.

As Generations/Classics Kup was recently repainted as Swerve, perhaps seeing the Ironhide/Ratchet mold repainted as Trailbreaker might be nice?
