The best solution is downloading "VLC Media Player" and it will play any region on your computer...

I think what Ryan is talking about is that his DVD player can play DIVX straight from a CD or DVD, so you don't need Nero to convert and burn into a DVD format... I use Nero to convert to a DVD format my Transformer's Victory and plays fine on the PS2 or my HDMI Phillips DVD player...

On the Xbox if you have a "Gameshark" and load the gameshark on the Xbox. There is an option where you can change the region code settings to watch any region movies without actually changing the settings on your hardware. You can also watch DVD+-R or DVD DL +- movies on the Xbox if you using software like Nero or DVD shrink...
