Who is the one you like the most among these that you know "everyone hate"?
Because I never heard of the Powermasters being generally hated.

Movie 1 Dreadwing is my favorite this is nigh universally hated, that's the answer.

I don't even think the powermasters themselves are hated, at least not like the action masters, but the 3 little autobot ones are definitely on the raw end of the noticed and loved scale

This FOC Jazz should be renamed **** Jazz because that's all he deserve... along with a forefront spot in my Jazz collection in my living room... uh...

I hate the thing, yes. But it's the only representative of his cybertronian form and for the reasons I mention, this toy is too important for the Transformers History to ever get rid of. Either by selling, or storing away, or even to be placed in the "overflow" room.

having a hard time thinking of some. All the toys I like are generally liked as well. And the universally hated toys are the ones I hate too.

Not really, they all stayed ugly and never became Swans. I mean I know the voyager Megs mold from Prime was hated, and I dislike it too. But I like the Beast Hunters retool but many others like it too. So my opinion is usually the same as the general public. I guess that's why people are generally ok with my lists.

Maybe MP Ravage? I don't know if that toy is really hated a lot, but I know I don't mind him.

Oh wait, I know, I like the TR voyager Optimus mold.
And I like CW Motormaster

There are other molds I like that others hate. Not love, but I like them.

Yeah, he's too small. He doesn't look like G1 Grimlock either. But I like his reverse transformation. I had a lot of fun just transforming him back and forth with no trouble. And I like his color scheme too. The only thing that doesn't work for him is his size, something that can be said for other Classics 1.0 toys.

For the torso, the only bit I don't like are the leg ratchets. They feel uneven. But for the rest, I am ok. ANd yeah, I like him (and preffer him) as motormaster.

I agree, though.

I hate Motormaster as a torso and use a 3P upgrade to make it decent. But as a stand alone bot he works well. Better than the OP version because of his hulking proportions and his kind of mean looking vehicle mode.

I have the G2 Menasor boxset along with the PE upgrades, which he DEFINITELY needs to not be an unspeakably crap torso. However- as a standalone Transformer he's fun as hell. Just a big chunky truck lad, with a surprisingly neat transformation.

2007 Dreadwing was a childhood favourite of mine. Loved that guy! Never knew he was disliked. Payload I know was rather panned, but I honestly really liked him too. Yeah the plunger was egregiously, uh, egregious, but the gimmick was fun enough I could forgive it, and he was in all other respects a damn fine robot.

I think another one I'd vote for is CW Liokaiser. Yeah, he's not a very good Liokaiser, like, at all (even aside from the copout with the torso, Killbison is the wrong kind of tank) but in his own right he's an impressive looking gestalt, and the extra shoulder articulation afforded by his transformation makes him one of the most dynamic combiners ever. Admittedly I haven't watched Victory so my attachment to the character is limited, though.

I'm in a similar situation. When I was younger, there were some toys I liked that my general peers didn't care for (Original Skylynx comes to mind), but over time, it seems the fandom in general has come to like pretty much what I like (and a lot more).

I'll throw 2 ideas out there, just because I know *some* have expressed their displeasure, but I don't know if they are universally hated:

1. The original Omega Supreme (1985) &
2. Generations PotP Volcanicus (2018)

If it's found that these two don't have a universal level of hate, then I'm out I guess.

I don't think there's hate for Omega Supreme, but there may be towards Volcanicus. Although I bought the PotP Dinos I think they were only okay. I'm definitely glad we're getting new ones.

Apparently a lot of people think he's a brick (they never seem to complain about MW Soundwave though ...) and pick on his colours but they're just wrong and clearly don't have one in their collection because if they did then they'd see how awesome he is.

He have the funky early '90s colors but he's all right. MW Soundwave is more "serious" and may be "better" because of it, but at least Stalker have his gimmick intact. I don't know if he's genuinely "hated" though. :-?

I love my MW Soundwave and I wouldn't mind a G1 Stalker.

Speaking of FOC Jazz, I have one that might count, maybe as an honorable mention?

FOC Sideswipe. I did love that toy up until the Siege version came out, so that is where he might be disqualified. The reason I loved that crappy mold is simple, he's Sideswipe. G1 Sideswipe was my first TF that wasn't a mini-bot and I saved up and bought him myself, so he will always have a place in my heart.

For years FOC sideswipe was the only option, so I loved him by default, even with those crappy shoulders and ridiculously oversized gun he couldn't hold up.

Makes me wonder if they put that on Jazz's packaging just so people wouldn't miss it. There is NO missing Sideswipes gun.

Henkei Galvatron. Everyone hates you buy me. I know he's fiddly. I know he's hard to stand. I know he should have been a voyager and I'm glad we're getting Kingdom Galvatron too. Similarly everyone hates the Classics Hot Rod mold, but I'm a huge fan of it. I think the vehicle mode is sleek and a great update to the G1 original. I also like the robot mode. I never had the same problem other people had with it. I think it looks great and fit in really well with the other 86 Autobots released at the time.

Studio is better, I grant you. And I'm happy we have a new version of this guy as well; I'm a huge Hot Rod fan. But I still like the Henkei release.

Of all the Hot Rod figures, I think he has the best alt mode by far.
