Mech Ideas - Techno Toon Titans

The first two figures will NOT be dinobots.
More information to follow tonight.
INFORMATION UPDATE:
The line will be a line, not just a few random figures, but a scaled line.
We are looking to keep our pricing similar to the Demolition Crue, varying depending on the size.
Some of the smaller figures will be slightly taller than activators, but fully pose-able with no spring-load gimmick.
Regular releases, sales dependent. The better these figures sell, the longer the line will run. That's capitalism.
First release will be this year. If not I will publicly apologise online, and allow you guys to beat me up at TFcon.
Our other line, started with the Demolition Crue, will continue with more of a G1 aesthetic, bringing you the best renditions we can of the classic characters we all grew up with.

Not really interested in an Animated line. But this is good for fans of the toyline.

Agreed. It's not my cup of tea, but for those who love the Animated line, they will surely enjoy it.

Demolition Crue are amazeballs!
The title 'Techno Toon Titans' is a bit vague, not sure why that suggests its going to be tied to the awful TF Animated series as there are many "Toon"s?
The modern update, quality of detailing and clever engineering makes the Top Spin and Twin Twist homages seem like scaled down Masterpieces!
I hope for more greatness from Mech iDeas with their TTT line, so if they can present us with a modern take on The Wreckers Impactor and Rack n Ruin as a triple boxset that would make my day!

Didn't the animation group that did TFA also animate the Teen Titans cartoon? That's the first thing I thought of. I pictured Bumblebee in red and green tights with a green mask for some reason when I saw this title.

Yup, same animators.
If you follow the link to the TFW2005 article in the OP, they spell out that this is their line for Transformers: Animated.

MI will have both lines running, although I don't believe the next characters for DC have been teased yet.
But these TTTs seem pretty cool and I'm looking forward to seeing more about the products.

So far the only third party purchase I've ever made was iGear's Rager; if somebody made a decent Animated Huffer, I'd be all over that.
