TT, just a heads up on minimates. looks like they've released a 5 pack of the new cylons at suncoast locations for $19.99. i don't know if you were going to army build, or if you ordered any from bbts, but this seems pretty good.

The reason why I haven't chimed in yet is because I HATE this **** thread...or rather it's title.

The old title we use to easily find because of the odly set up way the name was. It popped and made it instantly accessable...this name...uggh...It's so short it can hide in a mouse's ass crack. Michiganders Unite..uhg...What are we a Charlie Brown Malitia? :-x

Ok...rant done.

You F'ks should have listened to me before!!! :P

Anyhoo, I already got 2 sets of the UM/SW Target exclusives, one for me and one for my Son for his B-day this Weekend. I still want a couple more just for stock and kitbash purposes.

The only things i'm looking for now is all the newly sighted Classics of Ramjet and CJ and the 3 Minicon packs (The Middlebelt and Plymoth had a large setup with nothing but a crap load of wave 1 minicons so I won't be seeing those anytime soon) and Tit RID Prime and WW SS.

Oh, that is untill we get a sighting for the new Alts.

Well, I got Titanium Starscream and the revoltechs. All 3 are awesome! After 20 minutes, I finally got SS out of his package.. damn twist ties!(my fingers hurt  ) Revoltechs are really cool. trying to replace the fist so they could hold the gun was difficult. it's not easy to get out. I finally had to use my teeth. I was reading the back of the starscream box and this quote just struck me as a little strange... "Most Decepticons keep score of how many Autobots they take out, but Starscream carves himself little trophies out of their pelvic gimbals." Their WHAT? Those poor, poor, Autobots

welcome back, TFMaster.

TFM, just curious about where you got the your Magnus sets?

I don't have alot of free time this weekend, I have a good bit of homework, paperwork to do for my apprenticeship, and I'm going to try to get my taxes done as well. Plus the usual cleaning and laundry...if you guys want to stop by, you're welcome to.

TT whenever you want that set let me know, you can pick it up anytime. Since TFM got his, and noob is in no hurry, I can hook up ionacus if he would like, or Scaleface(where has he been?), just let me know guys.

I should be getting a massive shipment from BBTS either today or tomorrow.

Oh, and I wanted to add that, for the Sigma 6 fans out there, Paratrooper Duke has had a price decrease out at the Allen Park Target, now he's marked at $19.99. I imagine that most opther Targets are doing the same thing.
I told the fire to go **** itself, and it did.

I had my Revoltechs on my desk at work and a coworker stopped by. He asked it they were Optimus Prime and Optimus Primer(as in paint primer). I thought that was pretty funny.

Oy, now I just noticed why I wasn't getting emails about this thread. I never checked Notify me when a reply is posted... D'oh!

I got mine at the Westland Target. There was a odd situation where someone that worked there asked me if they can help me and on a whim I gave them the number and they checked it out and brought them out for me. Any other time I ask it's the sam ol' "What's on the shelf" line.

Grabbed two, thanked him and that was the end of it. As far as I know they put it back in the stock room.

I got a set from there yesterday. I went and checked the DCPI, went to the furniture area, found an employee, and he brought one out to me. No problems.

Rodimus I hope there is only one Legacy book so far, that's all I've read (read it during the summer). IF there are others (besides the comic) I have not seen them yet, but I haven't been looking really hard.

Andrew don't worry, I'll still buy another set from you...good luck with all of your work.

Toy Show in Royal Oak (according to the news). $5 to get in, anybody going? I think they said it was in the Farmer's Market area...I haven't seen any TFs on the news yet, but they look to have a good amount of older stuff.

I should not have hesitated with the hotel thing for Botcon. I can't believe that they have sold out the block already. Not many rooms, or a whole lot of fans are not waiting around. :?

I did some hunting yesterday and came up empty handed. Middlebelt Meijer, A2/Pittsfield Meijer & Target. Nothing of note at all three. Middlebelt Meijer did have wave 2 6" Titanium, so that is some hope that they will carry future waves.

Read Escalation #3 yesterday. The story is not bad, even though they colored Skywarp like Thundercracker for the whole issue (come on!) Overall Esca. is much better than Infiltration.

My opinion on the Botcon hotels is they're playing a supply/demand game with the fans. They want it to seem like everybody got their hotel already, and you're missing out.

Guy sounds like a real dick. You should have asked for a manager and told them what happened. One person said they could get it for you and one throwing his weight around to show people that he's in charge. It wouldn't have looked good and their manager would have prob told em to get it from the back for you as long as you mention no other target has had prob doing it for people from what you read online.

Some assholes...sheesh.

Anyhoo, I was at the Middlebelt Meijers today and grabbed up a Hasbro Icons Wolverine for Andrew since he still needs him and picked up a Ghost Rider Undertaker for my son for his B-day tomarrow.

Nothing new to report. That Walmart on Middlebelt also had a end cap type display of a bunch of the first wave minicons...they had so many of them it's not funny and I don't think there is any chance of them getting any newer stock anytime soon.

Got the newest issue of Master Colector today. The new format in the insert looks alot better cosmeticly but it looks like the content got worse. Is it just me?

Oh, and the Rooms at the Hotel thing, I don't think is just a ploy. This year is ganna be huge with the movie premeir stuff. As long as I get my Pre-reg in in time I don't care where I stay as long as it's close. I just don't want to miss my chance on the Classics Exclusives.

I snagged a ML Iron Man variant from the Okemos WalMart today. They had 2 left plus 2 normal ones. I also found a Grimlock with no error on the back of the card so I snagged that as well.

Okemos Target has Ultra Magnus vs. Skywarp 2 Packs in the back or so the scanner that let me input the DPCI code told me they did. I didn't bother asking since my GF bought me 2 sets Friday night.

Nothing else yet, going back out hunting here in a bit though.

Well, I did not know that...thanks. I think I read the first one Betrayal, but I'd have to check (and I did...).

If you have the means, I suggest getting a KISS Autotrooper. A super-sweet TF, and customizable (to a degree). I have two already!!! :P

I went to Wonderland Target tonight, no TF's of note. I did pick up the Series 1 Snake Eyes from Sigma Six. I've been eyeing the series since it came out and after PQP's recommendation at the con last Sunday, I snagged Snake Eyes. He is very cool, lots of weapons and posabilty. I still don't care for the faces/heads of non-masked figures, but now I'll have to pick up at least Storm Shadow.

Another one bites the dust...

Other Masked Sigma Six figs: Kamakura, Cobra Commander, Destro, and the new version of Firefly...add 'em to your list!

More competition for Sigma Six...great.

No new stuff, I'm slacking off (well I have a pile of loot, and I had a pile sent to me last week, before the big reboot of '07 with a lot of the stuff PQP has in his).

I want a Stealth Iron Man too. Loved that armor back in the day. Too bad it was so short lived, and basically had no weapons to speak of...

have to say the good thing about sigma six is the rereleasing of the older stuff with newer freebies. i've seen new pacakges that come with dvds and smaller figures at walmarts which is nice for new fans, but killer for completists.

picked up snake eyes some time ago and haven't opened him yet for fear of the awesomeness ...

oh and a heads up for the masses, amazon has some really good sales on sigma 6 stuff now, especially the dragonhawk for about $10 bux.

I went to Toys R Us in Flint last night - man that store sucks as much as the Okemos one. I went to Toys R Us in Jackson earlier today and they had the same 2 Grimlock's they have had for weeks.

Target in Jackson had pretty much nothing :(

Where are all the new toys at :( :( :(

EDIT: I forgot, the Toys R Us in Flint had 2 Jetfire's.
