I got Ultra Magnus from north target,activators wave 3 or 4 which ever has megatron, grimlock, and lockdown. Leader class BONUS version megs and bulky found at toysRus.

just saw a whole bunch of transformers today. TFA repaint of Ratchet.

Also saw a Universe 2-pack featuring Springer with RatBat and Dirge with Roadbuster day at target

I hadn't purchased any new TF's since I bought Animated Ultra Magnus so I decided to buy the Ratbat/Springer 2 pack...ugh...bad move...Springer's bot mode is as advertised...the colors are right, but everything else is pretty weak...after a week of standing along side some other 'bots, he isn't terribly horrible...Ratbat on the other hand was exactly the opposite...his bot mode was...well...pretty lame, but his alt. mode I found suprisingly cool. He is one of only maybe 2 TF's that wil forever be entombed in his alt. mode. I dunno...I'm starting to get restless for some new waves...I grabbed one of those toy books from an endcap at Target and used the $10 coupon for leader class animated figs and bought megatron...a cool enough figure, but he's a bit too flimsy for his weight.

Anyways...just thought I'd check in.

still waiting to get TFA skywarp and hopefully they do come out with the other repaint Sunstorm. Just used that Toysrus coupon someone posted the other day, got a Onslaught for on 15.99 plus tax, great deal

Nothing new here really except the universe and animated 2 packs and sams club pack. So im bored here and are still waiting for shockwave and skywarp. =(

Heads up, just got back from walmart by northtown mall on university, there was 2 skywarp and 1 shockwave, i got 1 of each leaving 1 skywarp, this was today at 1pm 12/15/08

skywarp is just a starscream repaint so u know what u are getting if u already have starscream but man shockwave is a great figure and would recommend getting

Hey thanks I might go tomorrow and i know that skywarp is a repaint and from the start of animated i was waiting for a repaint because i just hate screams paint. I basicaly think he is thundercracker!
But I cant wait for Shockwave! And today i got my Henkei Grimlock and Universe2.0 Nemesis Prime for my Shadow Commander. YAY! This shall be a happy Christmas after all!( Well it was any way kuz its my BIRTHDAY!!!!:D )

Well Happy Birthday Nevermore!!!! I got a similar birthday present months ago, Universe Ultra Magnus and City Commander kit. Seen the pictures of Shadow Commander and the color scheme is awesome. Hopefully u get that skywarp!!!!

Either, both... I just like when people post pics of stuff they were excited to find. Especial some of the kits and stuff...

Oh ok but there is just one thing about that....well i wrapped them already and i put them under my mini tree just to feel like it truely is like christmas but if you still want to show the pics of the wrapped boxes or i can just wait to unwrap them on christmas and then post them.

Don't worry...soon we'll be seeing Cyclonus, Hound, Ratchet, Animated Sunstorm, and a few others...then the hunt will be back on in the frozen tundra of the north. Merry Christmas!

Its kinda stupid because I checked my targets and they super loaded the 2-Packs. There is no room for universe and animated voyager or ultras. Even the Deluxes are at the bottom of the shelfs.

At least it looks as though that the Ratchet and Lockdown re-paints are on clearance for something like $10.98...which may be cheap enough for me to consider picking one up for the spare parts and Ratchet's head for a custom...It's definately going to take Target a week or so to get back on track with things once all the clearance and returns get sorted out...A good friend of mine works in the stock room and he said that they have shipments of the new figures, but they aren't in the system yet, so even if you tried to ring it up it wouldn't work...which doesn't make sense to me since they are all under the same SKU pretty much...anyone had a look at a post-Christmas Wal-Mart or Toys-R-Us? I'm going to check Kohls early in the morning and see if they ever did anything about thier depleted stock.

Well I might get the Lockdown repaint but Im not getting the Make up version of Ratchet. I really want Cyclonus and Hound! They look so cool. I might ask them to look in the back for me because that works alot of the time. Kohls is a miracle from above!(Kinda) They get the new stuff very earlier than the other stores but they sell them for $5 more than the normal price. Armada Nemesis Prime and Shadow Commander will be showing up soon. ( Atleast I hope)

Toys-R-Us in Minnetonka had the new Cheetor on the shelf, but that was it for new figs...I asked if they had any more to stock the shelves with, and they gave me the 1 hour run around...nothing new got stocked, and they all acted like they were mildly inept....If Cheetor is showing up, then Cyclonus and Hound can't be far away.

Good to know Hound is on the way! I got TFA Ultra Magnus as a Christmas gift too!

OMG isn't UM great?!?!?! I just love those big bulky figures that are loaded with weapons. He is definately one of my favorites from the animated line...he's up there with Blitzwing, and Grimlock.

I'm lovin' him so far - looking forward to getting the Road Buster repaint and having them stand together on my display!

UM is probaly the favorite of mine but then theres Shockwave which is like the greastest transformer of all time!
He is really cool though with all of his big guns and stuff.

Hey guys I havent got anything new yet but since the 2-packs first clearnce round is kinda bad I have idea if all of them sell out before you get to the 2 round maby you could find a little spot that you can remeber where and no one else could find you could hide the ones that your saving to go down.

Ugh...I went to Toys-R-Us at Ridgedale yesterday and saw that they still only have 4 Cheetors on the pegs...I asked a sales associate when they would be getting another shipment of TF's in and he said "next week"...I said "That's what you told me LAST week!" He said he didn't know anymore, but that wasn't good enough for me, so I asked to speak to his superior...the guy running the show told me that they did get a shipment in last week, but it was all activators and voyager animated figures...not to mention the "Battle Begins" 2 packs...judging but the amount of these 2 packs clogging the shelves at every toy retailer in the state, I'm beginning to wonder what Hasbro was thinking when they released these en'masse. He assured me that they did place an order for more Universe Deluxe figures and he did indeed anticipate them arriving mid week. I don't understand why there are Cheetors on the pegs and nothing else...I mean...I bought a Cheetor, and he looked so cool in the package, I haven't been able to bring myself to open him yet...
The Toys-R-Us in Richfield is much worse off...I think they had 4 pegs for the Universe figs, but they were completely empty, and nobody knew what was going on with that...I wandered down to the Wal-Mart on American Blvd, and they had 3 (yes only 3) Animated Voyagers on the shelf...and thats it...3 Transformer figs in the entire store!!! Apparently they will be closing soon for a re-model, and they are moving all of thier inventory out for the closing...which means I am at the mercy of the Wal-Mart in Eden Prarie which in my most humble opinion has the WORST toy department in the state, next to maybe the K-Mart in Minnetonka...and even K-Mart isn't that bad if you can get past paying 12.99 for a deluxe figure...that K-Mart also had their voyager animated figs on sale for 17.99, which isn't horrible, and would be a good deal if I didn't have them all already. I am resisting the urge to go to BBTS or someplace similar to pick up the figs I want, but I know deep down that in a month or so, the shelves at all of these stores will have them all, and they won't be able to get rid of them...much like when you go to Target now, and you see 3 Galvatrons, 3 Silverstreaks, a couple of Acid Storm's, and an Ironhide...a few months ago I was going nuts trying to track these down, and now I can't get away from them. Maybe I just need to resign myself that MN is about 4 months behind the rest of the planet on action figures.

I've put my Deluke Animated Bumblebee into storage, and started using my Activators Bumblebee in my display instead...there's just no way Bumblebee should be almost as tall as Leader Bulkhead.
