Well I bought it from BBTS, but the argument I was writing up was meant for iGear themselves. Part of me just doesn't feel right in laying the blame on BBTS and making it out to be their loss.
But if I wont get anywhere by contacting i Gear then I'll start writing up something super polite for BBTS.
