Posted: Thu May 28, 2015 12:12 pmI've recently transferred my Classics/Generations collection on to a new shelf unit that I recently acquired from a friend who didn't want it. Here's how it looks today (28/05/2015)
My current set-up is larger figures on the very top, Beasts on the second shelf, Autobots on the third shelf and Decepticons on the bottom shelf. For the very top, I plan to put Combiner Wars Leader Ultra Magnus directly above Rhinox and Rattrap (where the deodorant can is), and Titan Devastator will stand in between Magnus and Megatron.
I've dedicated a shelf exclusively to Beast Bots as a pre-emptive measure in case Hasbro ever do make any more Beast Wars updates. I just had the boomerang lying around and thought it would make a nice decoration.
For the Autobots, the gap in between Chromia and Wheeljack is reserved for Combiner Wars Deluxe Ironhide when it comes out, and I also plan to put Combiner Wars Mirage to the right of Wheeljack. I might take Sideswipe and Roadbuster off this display and replace them with other figures, but I haven't decided yet.
For the Decepticons, Voyager Motormaster will stand behind Dead End, Skywarp and Shockwave, and I also plan to put a third Voyager behind Starscream, but I haven't decided which figure to go for yet. I'm kind of holding out for the rumoured Soundwave retool of the Combiner Wars Optimus mould, but if that never happens I'll just use which ever future Voyager Decepticon takes my fancy.
