MY MP-38 CAME TO ME WITH FACTORY FAILURE OR BAD EXPORT FROM THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT.

What's up? Here, after a break in my work, I just started to open my figures, but I noticed something unpleasant in the MP-38 Optimus Primal (Legendary Leader Ver.), I will describe it according to the images:

- Image 1: Already opened my figure I started transforming it into an upright gorilla with 4 legs, but when I turned the monkey, I noticed something unusual.

- Image 2: I notice that one of his legs has a sticker hidden in the robot foot.

- Image 3: I open the foot and I see that it has something written in Vietnamese (apparently), country where the Transformers figures in general are manufactured.

- Image 4: I open the sticker and notice that it is cracked in the heel of the foot, which should not be.

- Image 5: Here is the broken part or crack.

This I am posting on all the groups and pages of Transformers so they know how to figure is coming to me that is supposed to be in good condition.

I have to say that the MP-38 buy it in RobotKingdom, what do you think ?, I already sent a complaint to RobotKingdom, but what do I suggest?

I would also like to ask for this page, if you could put it on the news and know how it is that I am coming this figure of a store that is supposed to be trustworthy. Thanks in advance. ;)^

I only use RK for the most extreme cases as I order 98% from Amiami. I also had the same issue with the same mold (the anime/BW version)

The default face mask had a chipped lip. I sent a complaint to the store but did NOT ask for impossible demands.

All I asked was a facemask replacement. Not the entire item replacement.

I sent a photograph and scans of the order invoice that came with the package.

Amiami sent the facemask replacement free of charge :x

Given that your case, a joint seems to be broken with a Vietnamese tape included. So how did RK respond?

Did they offer to replace it?

If so, would it cost you more to ship it back to them?

Maybe possible for you to request for just the part to be replaced (since being the leg and connected to a ball joint)

Or is RK is such an @ss that they disregarded your request? If so, why not send a complaint to PayPal? RK processes their payments via PayPal.

So as of October 23,2017, what are the developments? It IS kinda unfair to RK as they were not allowed to respond back.
