Here's my idea for the 4th installment of the Transformers films.

Set in the near future. A Decepticon by the name of Cyclonus, is attempting to use a poisonous toxin on the inhabitants of earth. He'll stop that from happening if the Autobots venture out into space to fetch him the ultimate super weapon, "Omega Supreme".
He wants Omega because he wants to use the titan to rule the entire galaxy. No one will stand in his way ever again!
Optimus Prime agrees to this, and the Autobots leave earth with a few human astronauts and a couple of Cyclonus' Decepticons (Scourge & The Sweeps) tagging along to make sure they don't do anything funny.
The Autobots race across to find Omega Supreme and stop Cyclonus and his armada from not only destroying the earth, but destroying other worlds as well.

What do you guys think? Is this any good?
Let me know how this could be improved or if you have your own idea for Transformers 4.

I've wanted to see OS for too long!!!! Bring it!!!!!!!!

That's a great idea. The plot definitely sounds believable for the TF saga. Cyclonus would is in my top three choices for a villain already.

That being said, I have a great idea for the new movie that all the true fans should love:

Reboot the whole series. Take the 1986 animated movie, just make straight-up 3D CGI versions of the Transformers and the environments, and keep all the script word for word.
I'm satirizing, not being serious.

I love the idea. Cyclonus to me has always been powerful but he uses his head, making him tough to beat which the Decepticons need. Introducing Omega Supreme also brings space for new characters.

Here is my plot, it is very rough and generic but If I could make a film it would be this.

Human Characters:
Sam “Spike” Witwicky - NEST ARMY Operative
Chris “Chip” Anderson - NEST ARMY Operative Science Officer
Berger - (from G1 “Megatron’s Master Plan”) Head of Berger Industries
Dr Arkaville - (from G1 “Countdown to Extinction”) Scientist Of Berger Industries
Colonel Matthews – Head Of NEST
Carly Witwicky – Mechanic
Daniel Witwicky – School kid

Autobots:
Protectorbots
Prowl (Mission leader)
Hot Rod

Decepticons:
Combaticons
Starscream (Mission leader)
Soundwave (Minions: - Laserbeak/Ravage)

Plot:
NEST is Earths best Army who are controlled by UN to do peacekeeper missions.
Berger Industries supply the weapons to NEST.
Dr Arkaville creates an Eon Generator which is capable of providing limitless energy.
The group Of Decepticons attack Earth to steal the Eon Generator, with plans to weaponise it.
During the Raid “Chip” is paralysed and Dr Arkaville is disfigured and captured by the Decepticons
Autobots land on Earth shortly after who are met with Human Resistance.
Eventually the world sees the Autobots are the good guys.

Fight begins.

Ending:
Megatron displeased with Startscreams failure arrives on earth with ThunderCracker , SkyWarp and the Stunticons and says he will conquer Earth. After Credits a truck followed by a convoy of sports cars arrives at NEST Headquarters (Which is Optimus Prime, Sideswipe etc)

Themes:
Humanity
Hero coming of age: HotRod saving the day.

Mood:
Action film with humour similar to GI JOE Retaliation.
Transformers cannot be killed by humans, due to advanced cybertronian battle armour.
The Autobots fear the Decepticons and struggle against them due to their firepower.
Some Humans hate both Autobots & Decepticons.
