Profile: Scavenger is driven by a manic urge to find things of value in a desperate attempt to prove his worth to his comrades, particularly his fellow Constructicons. And it makes no difference to him whether he has to dig up a hillside or someone's backyard- he could care less about personal property- in order to accomplish his goal. But more often than not, what he brings back is useless junk, which only reinforces his own image of uselessness to the others. Decepticon Leader Megatron has gravely noted that, "such behavior would be charming in a puppyoid, but ill-becomes a Decepticon warrior." It is only because Scavenger's unique abilities sometimes prove to be of vital importance that Megatron tolerates his continuing existence.

Abilities:In vehicular mode Scavenger's power shovel is equipped with a variety of magnetic, ionic, electrical and gas sensors that allow him to detect the presence of a variety materials within a 500-yard radius. He can also emit sonic charges into the ground. By analyzing the echoes that come back to him and using his other sensors he can determine with 80% accuracy the composition of ground underneath him to a depth 1.2 miles. His power shovel and detection powers combine to give Scavenger the ability to locate and uncover any number of materials, from trace metals to fuel sources, that might be useful the Decepticon cause. He carries a missile launcher in vehicular mode and a laser pistol in robot mode. When combined with his fellow Constructicons, he serves as the right arm module in the giant robot known as Devastator.

Weaknesses: Scavenger's abilities are diluted by his poor judgment, which causes him to squander vast amounts of his fuel supply. He is also prone to overtaxing his power shovel, causing it to break down from metal fatigue.

Appearance: Oil Slick is tall and gangly in his robot mode, with abnormally long arms ending in clawed fingers. His head is covered by a yellowish translucent retractable dome that provides him extra protection from the chemicals he works with. His dominant colors are a yellow green and dark green. His alternate mode is a 4 wheeled motorcycle with a goat skull mounted on the front.

Profile: Oil Slick is cold, even for a Decepticon. There are some who say that all of his time working with chemicals did something to him, burned out something in his head, and maybe they are right. Oil Slick talks and acts with a certain detachment about anything, ranging from the torture of a prisoner to the creation of new chemical compounds. He does not get excited, sad, happy or even frightened. Other Decepticons find themselves creeped out by his demeanor, but Oil Slick himself doesn’t particularly care what anyone thinks, as long as he is allowed to experiment and create new and more lethal chemical weapons.

Oil Slick was an expert with chemicals even before the war started. Working as a chemist on Cybertron, he found himself particularly drawn to the chemicals that affected other Transformers, both physically and mentally. Research for such chemicals was highly restricted and expensive, so he turned to the illegal narcotics trade to help fund his research and bribe officials to let him continue it. He was a known dealer of the illegal circuit booster Syk. Among his various customers was the future Autobot Tracer. The drug seemed to elevate her mood when she was depressed, but gradually required greater doses over time, making her a regular customer. She later gave up the drug when the war started, but Oil Slick certainly remembers her.

When the war started Oil Slick saw an opportunity to expand his research. While both sides publicly refused to use chemical weapons, through his various underground contacts he knew the Decepticons would accept him. While his work was mostly kept secret, he no longer had to concern himself with restrictions of any kind. He moved from experimentation to weaponization. He developed a weaponized form of cosmic rust and various acidic compounds, among others.

While most other Decepticons steer clear of him do to his creepy demeanor and fear of exposure to his experiments he did develop a friendship of sorts with Darkride. The other Decepticon is only too happy to test his various chemicals on his prisoners in exchange for a report on the results to Oil Slick.

Oil Slick was able to secure a personal lab on board the Ultrax in exchange for providing Motormaster with various chemicals to use on his team. Oil Slick has been experimenting with various mood adjustment chemicals that can be added to fuels which Motormaster hopes will eliminate some of the unstable personalities in his team. Whether Oil Slick is actually living up to his end of the bargain or is merely using them all as test subjects is known only to him.

Abilities: Oil Slick is a highly skilled combatant. His general strategy is that of vehicle to vehicle combat. As such he has developed expertise in disabling and destroying vehicles. The enemy Autobot is then left slowed and vulnerable, making them easy to finish off with his chemical weapons or his chain flail. The chain flail consists of two heavy spiked spheres connected by a long chain in the middle. Oil Slick has trained with its use extensively along with Circuit-Su making him a formidable melee combatant. In addition to his pure melee skills his arms are equipped with chemical sprayers. Frome hoses connected to the tanks on his back he can unleash various chemical weapons on his foes. The sprayers do have a limited range however

In his alternate mode he is exceedingly fast, particularly for a motorcycle, reaching speeds of over 300 mph. In his alternate mode he possesses twin barrels at the back, each capable of carrying a chemical weapon that can be dumped on the road behind him for others to drive through. One of these always contains a super slick oil like substances, helping him to earn his name. The other can contain any number of acids or other toxic chemicals or mechanoid viruses.

Due to considerable exposure to various chemical agents and enhancements to his body done by himself he is immune to the various chemical weapons he wields. This immunity is maintained by regular treatments to his armor and inoculations to his internal systems. His combat expertise has also made him a skilled mechanic.

Weaknesses: Oil Slick’s personality and function tend to drive away all but the bravest or craziest of Decepticons. In battle he will rarely find any assistance. His preference and specialty for close in combat renders him highly ineffective in ranged combat. His chemical weapons have been known to cause ‘collateral damage’ and affect other Decepticons if they get caught in their deployment. While this doesn’t particularly disturb Oil Slick it does provide a hazard for member of his faction.

Profile: Although nearly as capable as his twin brother Sunstreaker in the combat arts, Sideswipe is far less cold blooded about it. He thoroughly relishes engaging an opponent in a fight to the finish, and will use any dirty underhanded tactic he can think of to come out on top. Back on his home world of Cybertron this conduct extended itself to the rest of his lifestyle: getting what he can out of life, enjoying it to the fullest, and cheating to get the rest. His exile to Earth hasn't changed his behavior, just his cause- now instead of doing everything for himself he does it for the sake of freedom for all. Personal safety takes a backseat to his reckless, but brave actions.

Abilities: In Autobot mode, Sideswipe's two arms can be used as pile drivers. Each exerts 8000 pounds of force upon impact with up to five impacts per second, making him particularly useful in close combat and for breaking through fortifications. A rocket backpack can sustain him in the air for two-minute spurts before refueling is necessary. When launched, two shoulder-mounted magnesium phosphorous flares can each be seen from a distance of 18 miles on a clear night.

Avatar: Sidswipe's avatar looks exactly like Sunstreaker's avatar with the exception that her hair is black not blonde.

Weaknesses: If it weren't for his rash behavior, Sideswipe wouldn't have any serious weaknesses. But as he often acts without consideration of the consequences and takes a special delight in plunging into extremely dangerous situations, Sideswipe, more than any other Autobot, finds himself being patched together by Chief Medical Officer Ratchet. Naturally, he takes his injuries in stride.

Despite being a fearsome warrior capable of holding his own in battle, the constant irritation of thinking about his plodding alternate mode only makes him, during his most foulest moods, even meaner and more argumentative than usual. He feels insecure because of this and longs to function with the great speed and dexterity some of his fellow Decepticons get to enjoy naturally.

Abilities: Bristleback had above-average strength and great endurance. His alternate mode has thick armour that limits motion somewhat. In all modes, the spikes on his back can emit a corrosive acid that can help them cut through materials on contact. In robot mode, Bristleback is armed with a rapid-fire electrostatic pulse rifle that shorts out and can permanently damage enemy circuitry. Combines with fellow Monstercons to merge into Monstructor.

Weaknesses: While in alternate mode, Bristleback is exceptionally slow and lacking in manoeuvrability.

Profile: Crowbar’s official title may be Secured Entry Override Specialist, but what that really means... he’s a B&E guy, breaking and entering is his specialty. Be it hacking computers, overriding locks, safecracking... you want in it, he can open it.

Before the war he was a thief, honing his skills at B&E by stealing valuables. This lead him to work on perfecting all kinds of entry, even common manual locks, and, of course, computer systems.

Though he is fully competent for hacking computers, his forte lies in hacking security to gain entry, most often in buildings. He prefers to bypass locks than dig for info.

But popping locks is what gets his engines revving. The thrill of lockpicking and code cracking is what he lives for.

He also excels in hacking security cameras, taking over them to use as his eyes.


Abilities: Sometimes… you have to go through the door. Sometimes you can disable it. No matter what, Crowbar is prepared for it.

He has the strength to brute force his way through a door. Often he resorts to that method if overriding the lock and the security fails. But it is his last resort.

His Nanotech Sentries are very small orbs that he deploys as “look outs” when breaking in or doing undercover work where they may need eyes behind them. Equipped with cameras to send back visuals.

They attach to a surface, usually a wall if available, higher up and out of the line of sight.
Nano technology allows them to remain near invisible to electronic detection and the perchance to stay above line of sight (and in dark or shadows) makes them overlooked easily.

Once they detect a hostile, they alert Crowbar and open fire with plasma beam lasers. These generally do not cause much damage at all, but create confusion, distraction, and are a bit annoying.


His Plasma rifles fires a concentrated beam of plasma.

The energon charged spiked Spears (there are two of them) are generally his weapons of choice. They remain hidden in a compartment on his back. The dual ended spears are shorter than what most commonly consider spear length, and usually tossed more like throwing knives, with a sharp point on both ends. When stored they retract into the thicker, spiked center of the weapon (for space saving), extending when removed.

They have a slight charge, mainly sending a quick shock to the target on impact, though the shock causes no lasting damage.

He is above average on melee and accuracy. Though he really shines in security system overriding and lockpicking, he can stand his own in combat. He is quick and can dodge well, allowing him to avoid hits and escape situations.

He has hardwires that retract to behind his cranial unit, used for hacking security systems that can't be done remotely. They don't fully retract when not in use, however, they don't flop around and generally look unobtrusive.

Crowbar also boasts an unusual facial feature. He has a second set of optics immediately above his normal optics. These optics allow him a wider field of vision and can also be switched to an infrared mode allowing him to see in low light.

Weaknesses: He can be a bit of a greedy mech. His roots as a thief make it hard to resist something of value that may cross his path.

If you were to ask Moonracer for directions, chances are she’d want to take you there instead of just telling you. She is one of the most kind and good-natured of the Autobots. Though Moonracer may be gullible sometimes, her quest for respect and ways to prove that she’s not just a cutie to look out for make up for it. She likes to try to do things on her own and make sure the job is done, even though her reputation of making mistakes keeps her from achieving that many times. Moonracer likes to be in the spotlight, except for when she’s there because of a mistake.

The war on Cybertron and its eventual end has taken a toll on Moonracer. She was one that was once taught that peace is the desire of all sentient beings, and peace is only reached through agreement. However, she wasn’t taught that some want peace through other methods such as war and terror. After the war began, she was taught that the only option was to fight. Moonracer feels a need to respect the teaching she was taught before war broke out, and to strive for peace. However, as her Autobot compatriots grew to deal with war, Moonracer more slowly settled. Now, she finds herself in attempts to prove her worth and to show how “tough” she can be, even if she ends up just looking silly.

Moonracer is one of the best sharpshooters in the universe; or at least that’s what Moonracer says. Though she is very good at it, she sometimes gets too confident in her aim and doesn’t pay enough attention. As a result, she might not hit her target quite where she intended. She knows that she needs to improve in this area however, and tries to remember that even though her aim IS amazing, it only is when she takes time to, well, aim.

Moonracer is a pretty fast racer. She even tries to fight with Blurr for the fastest in the Autobot faction position sometimes, and has raced with him to prove her speed, though she always comes out behind in the end.

Before the fall of Cyberton, Moonracer made a habit of updating her alt mode to the fastest current models in Cybertronian technology. Well, not faster than Blurr’s, but she prefers to not think about that.

Abilities: Moonracer’s sharpshooting skills are almost unmatched. She can hit targets at some of the craziest angles… if she actually aims.

Moonracer’s alt mode is one of the fastest Cybertronian land based vehicle models. She can reach speeds of 200mph at normal speeds, and approx 375mph for top speed.

Weaknesses: Moonracer can get overly cocky sometimes, and is often too quick to jump the gun.

Although he is rarely harmed by the collapse of a building on him, he is sometimes buried and finds it difficult to free himself at those times.

Profile: When Breakdown is in his car mode, he thinks everyone else is staring at him. Not just living creatures such as other Transformers and humans, but humans' cars, stoplights... anything mechanical. Heavy traffic can be a particularly nerve-wracking experience for him. His circuits sometimes get so overloaded with worry that he even stalls out. The root of his concerns is that someone will see him for what he really is- an alien on a strange world. Despite his earthly disguise, Breakdown is constantly aware that underneath the hood he is different, and the thought haunts him.

In battle, he is hesitant at times and tends to think the worst of situations, even when that may not be the case. His complaining tends to be an annoyance to his peers though is easily brought under control by threats from his peers, and Megatron. Even in the face of a certain death, the only thing that drives him to complete his objective is the fear of Megatron's wrath.

He'd be happier if he were a human-that way he feels he could just anonymously fit in anywhere and be in a better position to help conquer the Earth!

Abilities: The rumbling vibration produced by Breakdown's engine while he's in car mode can cause mechanical failures in other vehicles. He can travel at speeds of up to 220 mph. In robot mode, he uses a weapon of a similar nature-a concussion cannon-to get the same results, except with the cannon he's better able to target his prey and the effects are more devastating.

Weaknesses: Often Breakdown's extreme self-consciousness negatively affects his performance, particularly in his role as a scout in which he must venture into numerous tension-producing situations. Breakdown tends to complain over dangerous situations while in battle. He also suffers from his own mechanical problems-a sometimes leaky fuel pump in both car and robot modes that can grind him to a halt.

I don't believe the incident in question [Cross Reference: Emergency Request #455.43, Iacon District] requires any further review. Yes, Blades did act with lethal force, but I believe he did so only out of necessity and completely within the boundaries of his duty. As always, he performed his primary air support function well. At the moment in question, he saw that he had to act decisively to save the innocent mechanoids in the market area, so he did so. True, he did take the unorthodox route of eviscerating the targets with his rotor blades in hand-to-hand combat, but it's no secret that Blades prefers one-on-one confrontations to long-range air attacks. Since the situation didn't specifically call for aerial tactics, I see no reason why Blades should be punished for acting in this fashion. The fact that he finds attacking from a distance unsporting compared to his “street fighting” techniques has never interfered with him doing his job, and he's always been a hard-working, enthusiastic, and loyal trooper—I can't ask for anything more from him.

Abilities: Blades has above-average strength and somewhat above-average intelligence. He's very good at his job, but he'd always rather exercise his unconventional “street fighting” style than attack from above. It's been said that he'd rather use his rotors to slash opponents than fly, and I can't argue that. In helicopter mode, he travels at 400 mph for up to 1,200 miles. In both modes, he's armed with two launchers that fire “smart” rockets; these rockets seek their targets based on digitally encoded images that they can record on the battlefield. In robot mode, he wields a photon pistol that fires intense beams of light. Whenever possible, Blades detaches his rotors for use in hand-to-hand combat.

Holomatter Avatar: A handsome man of about twenty-five attired in full helicopter pilot uniform, red and white dominating the colour scheme. He exhibits a fair complexion, sprightly blue eyes, and wavy, though tousled, dark brown hair. His hands are covered in strips of sports tape, suggesting the young man is involved in the sport of boxing or, perhaps, a form of martial art.

Weaknesses: Strong winds greatly interfere with Blades' flight in helicopter mode. Because of the punishment he puts his rotors through, they're prone to chips and fractures that require frequent maintenance.

I don't believe the incident in question [Cross Reference: Emergency Request #455.43, Iacon District] requires any further review. Yes, Blades did act with lethal force, but I believe he did so only out of necessity and completely within the boundaries of his duty. As always, he performed his primary air support function well. At the moment in question, he saw that he had to act decisively to save the innocent mechanoids in the market area, so he did so. True, he did take the unorthodox route of eviscerating the targets with his rotor blades in hand-to-hand combat, but it's no secret that Blades prefers one-on-one confrontations to long-range air attacks. Since the situation didn't specifically call for aerial tactics, I see no reason why Blades should be punished for acting in this fashion. The fact that he finds attacking from a distance unsporting compared to his “street fighting” techniques has never interfered with him doing his job, and he's always been a hard-working, enthusiastic, and loyal trooper—I can't ask for anything more from him.

Abilities: Blades has above-average strength and somewhat above-average intelligence. He's very good at his job, but he'd always rather exercise his unconventional “street fighting” style than attack from above. It's been said that he'd rather use his rotors to slash opponents than fly, and I can't argue that. In helicopter mode, he travels at 400 mph for up to 1,200 miles. In both modes, he's armed with two launchers that fire “smart” rockets; these rockets seek their targets based on digitally encoded images that they can record on the battlefield. In robot mode, he wields a photon pistol that fires intense beams of light. Whenever possible, Blades detaches his rotors for use in hand-to-hand combat.

Holomatter Avatar: A handsome man of about twenty-five attired in full helicopter pilot uniform, red and white dominating the colour scheme. He exhibits a fair complexion, sprightly blue eyes, and wavy, though tousled, dark brown hair. His hands are covered in strips of sports tape, suggesting the young man is involved in the sport of boxing or, perhaps, a form of martial art.

Weaknesses: Strong winds greatly interfere with Blades' flight in helicopter mode. Because of the punishment he puts his rotors through, they're prone to chips and fractures that require frequent maintenance.

Rp Sample Post

“Snrkt!!!”

Gullet tore a chunk of metallic servos and plopped it into his gaping jaws, taking every single sensation singe through his sensors. The energon fluid with a hint of viscous fluid, a fine taste to the tongue of a cannibal like him. The Decepticon had reclined back against a cliff wall; waiting out his time before his comrades show up to retrieve their beast. He didn’t mind being disgusted or treated like a monster, since this would allow him to gain fear from the younger rebellious youths and they often did taste very sour with a side of cowardice. Now only if his great leader would let him eat Starscream; the traitorous worm had made a laughingstock of the Decepticons and their loyal cause.

The Decepticon finished munching upon his meal and spat away a small metal finger into the piles of scrap that was once Cadets; their red badges smudged with leaking energon and shell casings piled over them. Gullet was assigned to leave a warning to the Autobot boot camps; a grim message to those who try and instill the old ways back into Cybertron. Cadets are always overconfident in their precious combat skills and the teachings by that “crackpot” in crimson, they always underestimate their foes and go into a fight unprepared. Gullet made sure that this group served his use; he remembered the smoke emanating from his empty rotary cannons and the tingling of sinking his beartrap-esque jaws into a large stout cadet, Slag it felt good. By the end of the day, Gullet sastified his own tastes and his superiors all in one night.

Looking solid. Given the alt mode, we'll approve this character for a non-Earth setting. He can be a part of Scorponok's ground forces, currently having been deployed on the surface of LV-117. Optimus Prime considers this research vital to the Autobots' cause. There was a time that Perceptor was not easily drawn into joining with other Autobots to do anything other than his work, but that has changed. While collecting samples on Corata-Vaz, Perceptor and the small group of security officers with him were attacked by a group of Decepticons. Perceptor was severely injured during the skirmish requiring him to spend an exorbitant amount of time in a CR chamber at the Kimia Facility.

After coming back online he went directly to his lab and began work on upgrading his body. The modifications performed included forearm stabilizers, a new breastplate made from adamant crystal and an enhanced optic equipped with a long range targeting visor. All of the enhancements, along with his dour demeanor, have made Perceptor into a focused indispensible sniper.

Abilities: Perceptor is extremely intelligent. His capacity for data storage is second only to Optimus Prime's. Although familiar with all the sciences, his specialties are metallurgy, molecular chemistry, and electrical engineering. He has two different capacities in microscope mode. He can magnify objects up to 10,000 times as an optical microscope and up to a million times as a scanning electron microscope. Using his magnifying lenses to concentrate and intensify its beam, he can convert his lens barrel into a powerful light cannon. It can blast a hole in a cinder block wall 2,000 miles away with pinpoint accuracy. He can use the cannon in robot mode or convert to a third form and use it as a stationary field artillery piece. Thanks to his enhancements Perceptor has become an expert marksman.

Weaknesses: Any problems with his magnifying lenses will bring his scientific research to a halt.

Profile: Despite his fierce appearance and formidable weaponry, Nautilator is actually a stumbling, bumbling amphibious foul-up. Originally a land-based warrior, he underwent adaptive reconstructive surgery for oceanic combat on Cybertron without ever being tested to see if he had an aptitude for the undersea environment. Once he joined the Seacons, it became apparent to everyone that he liked that environment--he just wasn't very capable within it. His fellow Seacons have had to haul his chassis out of tidal undertows more times than they care to admit. Some of them secretly whisper, "Let him drown," whenever he calls them for help nowadays. They're also fed up with having to retrieve him--almost every time he goes on one of his underwater exploratory excavation missions, he usually gets lost. And to make relations with his comrades even worse, he's always-quick to blame them for his mistakes. But there are very good reasons why the Seacons usually come to Nautilator's aid, as Snaptrap explains, "if he didn't bring back an occasional lost bomb from the ocean bottom, we'd have left him down there to rust a long time ago."

Abilities: In creature mode, Nautilator uses chemical, thermal, electrical, magnetic, seismic and sonic sensors located in his legs and tail to search for and detect underwater fuel deposits and other materials useful to the Decepticon cause. His claws have an unbreakable grip and can pierce the thickest of ship hulls with minimal effort. He wields a triple crusher cannon, a weapon that shoots energon bands that encircle and trap their target, tightening around it until only rubble remains. He can mount the cannon on his mouth, convert to weapons mode and use it in a stationary position, or use it on land in robot mode. In weapons mode, he can also convert it to a torpedo cannon.

Weaknesses: Nautilator suffers from a defective gyroscopic circuit center, which accounts for his poor navigational skills. He also rusts relatively easily, and can stay underwater for no longer than 4 hours without suffering damage.
