I am confident that the different shades of blue and green are just mismatching white balance settings on the cameras used. There is no reason to them to make a Devastator that has blue accents.

yeah I think in this case it will be better to be safe than sorry. It's not so much the quality Im worried about it's the specualtion on wether or not the set would be complete. I can eat the cost but a couple of NotConstructicons wont do me alot of good without the rest of the crew. Tis my biggest concern...

And for everyone wondering about size, that's a good indicator: That one limb is the length of the combined mode's height.

This thing is massive.

That's not exgraver and it doesn't look near big enough. it's hands are energon style..somethings not right.

Exgraver is the larger arm attached to the energon style Devestator, giving us an idea of scale and showing off compatiblity (if that matters to you).

Sadly, I had to cancel my preorder. My TF budget for this month will be blown thanks to all those preorders coming in from Fansprojects and TFcon coming up.

seeing that picture makes me wonder? if they are using energon type connectors how will the posability be affected with that additional weight probably double from the image will be be left standing there? i just cant see those connectors supporting the weight of the arms let alone the legs.

on the bright side you couls order 2 exgravers and 2 legs and have a somewhat functional devy albeit with a tiny head

Thanks for pointing that out, I kept looking at the pic and only saw Classics Devastator - didn't realize Exgraver was attached as a limb.

Color scheme is great with that set, I hope the rest of Hercules keeps the same color.

BBTS updated my Exgraver preorder to "Late July", so I'm hoping TFC actually starts shipping the figures out this week to make that time frame.

Can y'all imagine the fun we can have doing "Misformers"? Using pieces from Classics, Hercules, and Build to combine Devastator - I'm sure it would be a fun project, although deformed in some areas.

I agree. I think Devastator will be a lot bigger than the MT one.

And even if it's not finished... which I think it will be, but even if, Exgraver for me would be mostly worth it.

I'm not sure I can say that but if it get's finished, I will buy it.

Well, I am talking about just Exgraver. The more that come out, the more I need it to be finished to fully justify the expense. But one figure, I can swing.

As many of you have been speculating, it appears that TFC Toy's Hercules figures will feature a combining gun gimmick. Your fellow Seibertronian, Dread_Wing, has posted a concept sketch from the weibo page of jeffyzhong revealing how the individual guns combine and the full combined mode. The image has been mirrored below.

Agreed 100%.

The fact that they keep throwing us breadcrumbs (I actually misread the title, and ignored the 'weapons' part of the 'combined weapons mode' - thought we might see the actual gestalt) makes me think that the latter parts of the set are still in development, and there isn't a fully detailed render of the later ones in the set in existence at this time.

Any business would have risen to Maketoy's bait by showing their full version by now, so I'm calling shenanigans on TFC on this one.

Yeah, Maketoys' version has the parts blurred out for the moment, but the combined mode is what I'm getting it for, and that looks great so far. Scale with the FP combiner upgrades is a further bonus, so I'm still going for that over this.

As an additional aside, the plastic on Engraver looks cheap and stress-prone (kind of like the Xovergen Prime that made it out a while back) - I'm gonna wait and review when TFC are at least 4 or 5 figs deep in this before I get on board.

Be to fair, I don't think this is any kind of response really. This was pulled off of who I assume is probably a TFC designer's personal weibo page, it wasn't even on TFC's weibo page. I agree they do need to get some images of Bonecrusher and Mixmaster out ASAP.
